Cannabis use is legal in the ACT but questions remain about how the laws will work | ABC News

From January 31st 2019 personal cannabis use is legal in the ACT. Growing and smoke small amounts of marijuana is now allowed but buying and selling it remains against the law.

There are questions on how the laws will work in practice, including a real risk that well-meaning users could end up in court.
