The FEDs are the real problem. They control these fake news outlets. Like puppets. They feed you lies. They make it seem real.
But freemasons are the real puppet masters.

What’s messed up is I can have an oz of Marijuana in Colorado and be perfectly fine, but if I make a mistake and cross into Kansas and get pulled over I’m going to prison for a long time. The Federal government needs to legalize Marijuana and stop the BS.

There was an online article that came into my news feed during April that stated that active lobbying is going on over two provisions of legalization. 1) Large companies are lobbying to keep interstate transportation of pot illegal. Since the federal government has Constitutional power over interstate commerce, it is possible to keep such a ban, but why do it? All it accomplishes is allow large companies that are capable of sustaining separate operations in various highly profitable markets to shut out small growers who can afford shipping costs but not separate grow sites and processing sites in various States. 2) The article also mentioned that ‘activists are lobbying to have black market growers legalized in the upcoming bill.’ How that would work skirting around State licensing is a mystery.

Good parenting is the only way to keep kids away from weed. But kids get their hands on cigarettes and alcohol all the time and those are way more dangerous, so what’s the problem?

weeds is a nothing 10,000 years of known use and not a proven death yet. its the failure of making a monster out of a nothing . people will just buy black market. and anyone if they ask can find it about everywhere .its a waste of police time and just a really stupid prohibition . nixon was wanting to get hard with protesters in the anti viet nam days . even his advisors told him treat it like beer. but the drunk just had to use weed as a political tool against his own population.

  24. Ter Duck'n on May 8, 2021 at 7:13 pm

It’s available every place in america to anyone regardless of age, gender or creed. If you really care about kids (spoiler alert: they’ll get it anyway) you should consider legalization.

Complete and total legalization of marijuana with no exceptions, don’t accept anything less. This means not leaving loop holes for employers to discriminate.

  35. Troy Ballard on May 8, 2021 at 7:24 pm

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE stop using the very old and tired argument that if Cannabis becomes legal the down fall of the youth is eminent! If one takes an honest look at the states that have legalized, it will become abundantly clear that the use of Cannabis among young people has stayed stagnant or decreased for the most part. The real threat to young people is underaged drinking, not this myth that if Cannabis is legalized all young people will become drug addicts. I know, I know…Cannabis is a "gateway drug!" Truth be told people, not Cannabis is the gateway to one’s afflictions.

Medical, recreational, it’s all the same. The idea that marijuana isn’t serving a medical purpose if used recreationally is crazy. It’s medicine all the time no matter what label you put on it.

  41. David Linton on May 8, 2021 at 7:27 pm

That’s why they outlawed it in the first place they knew it was a cash crop. Any shmoe Joe can go out and plant a seed let it grow dry you have the product simple easy mother nature no chemical processing necessary. They have to put laws and restrictions on the processing part like making concentrates . So the government can tax and make the money. Not the individual

How do you keep beer and cigarettes out of the hands of minors

  43. TheM0joDoj0 on May 8, 2021 at 7:30 pm

The central message learned by Canadian producers is all the money is in processed products like edibles, pills, vapes, and bevs. For new users that you try to capture into new markets like Health and wellness, Sleep-aid, fitness, and recreational, they prefer not to inhale dry flower. For the current and former users who will smoke the flower, it’s impossible to compete on price with the illegal suppliers since legal producer need to spend on meeting purity regulations. The illicit market also grows after legalization bc once the substance itself is legal, being an illegal dealer doesn’t carry the punishment it did before. You’re now just basically running an illegal food truck. So with less legal peril, illicit dealers will push for more sales in dry flower. However, Illegal dealers can’t run factories and labs and invest in processing Cannabis into other products so that’s where the money ends up being for legal producers.

They aren’t going to legalize……never happen…..dems are too scared and republicans don’t want to…..

  47. Jerry BISBO on May 8, 2021 at 7:33 pm

As with alcohol, legalization stoped much of the underage from buying and is the only way to cut the illegal market.

  48. mudmessiah on May 8, 2021 at 7:34 pm

Marijuana was what conservatives in the 50’s claimed that Communists would use to undermine America.
It is a way that currently jobless Americans can make money. However, in time it will be like nightclubs with liquor licenses with street vending outlawed.

  49. Harvested Pustules on May 8, 2021 at 7:34 pm

As someone who has smoke for 17 plus years since was like 12, it was way harder to get cigarettes then weed. I didn’t need someone of age to buy weed from dude down the block
