Is Weed Legal in Missouri? Yes, it is! You need a valid recommendation from a certified doctor to gain legal access to medical marijuana. Well, telemedicine has made the entire process easy.

After you have the doctor’s recommendation, you need to apply for an identification card from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.

Hypothetically, how difficult is it going into Illinois, buying less than ten grams, and then heading back to Missouri? Are police constantly
sitting on one side of bridges waiting to stop people?

4 ounces for 30 days? That’s a bummer. In Oklahoma you can have 3 ounces on you at any time and 8 oz is at home of flower. Up to an ounce of concentrate and 72 oz of edibles.
