Thousands in cash and product stolen in Victoria cannabis shop heist

Thousands of dollars in cash and product was stolen from a Victoria cannabis shop during a heist. The store’s co-owner believes the robbery was elaborate and premeditated as the suspects entered through the vacant building next door. Kevin Charach has more.
