Again an update. After posting my last update I did get a call back. However I guess they are too busy to do their own job. I was told to call courier myself to resolve my issue. But when I do call them…….I get the courier telling me I must go through Aroura as that’s who has the account. So big ol run around. Even if the courier was able to address the issue with me. Aurora would get the credit back and I would still be out. Legalization is around the corner and companies with good customer service will thrive. Aroura won’t fair so well in my opinion.
Ummm they blew through shareholder money and raised prices. Customer service sucks balls and renewals take almost a month…

Caution……caution Customer service lacks and we all know how well that works for establishing a good customer base and continued expansion.
This is my storyI had an issue with delivery and after many attempts over 7 business days and promised call I still haven’t talked to a manager. The call centre was no help and as of this time I doubt my concern was passed up the food chain. I did try emailing and the contact us email. But still nothing……. customer service is obviously not a priority. Now after looking at the Facebook page I see I’m definitely not the first. Be cautious
So let’s update……. so I did get a call on Monday from a representative. During the call I told him what the issues are. He was nice and told me he would call me back on Tuesday.
However that’s where it stopped. It is now Thursday and no call back from the rep.
It is sad to see that a customer means nothing to this company.
I’m sad to say that I guess I need to find a new provider and withdraw my recommendations to my friends.
