Legalizing Weed In New Orleans, Louisiana? – Vlog 18 | Gary Chambers

Part of my “Bigger Than Me” movement, I’m traveling around the country supporting progressive candidates and policies. This is exactly the type of policy that I look to support which would be revolutionary, for not only New Orleans, but progressive City’s all over the country. This is a policy that would allow cities to technically “legalize” marijuana even though it may not be legal in their state.
