Were medical here in Oklahoma my job still doesn’t honor medical cards because we build government parts. I thought a bill was supposed to get voted on stating whatever state you live in an your legal with a card that your job can’t fire you. Anyone know anything on this?

It’s funny because 9 cities in Wisconsin including Milwaukee and Madison who have decriminalized cannabis to the point where you can even smoke in public as long as it is not in a non smoking area, with a fine up to 1 dollar.

  5. Andre' Sr Tidwell on January 17, 2022 at 8:29 pm

I’m sure that nc will be the last one to go legal πŸ˜ͺ

  6. Big Blade on January 17, 2022 at 8:29 pm

TN gonna be last πŸ˜ͺ. But at least I don’t have to pay taxes on what I buy now thoπŸ˜ƒ

I’m here in Oklahoma with my medical but ready for recreational

  8. Robert Maestas on January 17, 2022 at 8:35 pm

New York & Florida will probably NEVER legalize

  9. Jesse Been on January 17, 2022 at 8:36 pm

Meanwhile here in Kansas there is utter Jack going on. There is few people far and in between that I’ve seen personally that are pushing for any kind of legalization. And it is depressing. And I feel trapped living in this. I’m paying the court $1,000 due to possession and paraphernalia. And I have a no contact order on my roommate that I consider a brother due to the prejudice and bias of marijuana in this state because he had a two living plants. And because he had those, the court has deemed within their wisdom that I am a victim because I was around him. Currently I don’t have a roof over my head because I am a victim of the Court and the disjustice system of the state.

yea most exciting bill I have ever read but I can’t read that language

  11. Hockey Sniping on January 17, 2022 at 8:43 pm

If Pennsylvania doesn’t make it recreational and provide price relief for patients, then I am gonna move. I could pay these prices for premium Californian bud instead of PA mid stuff that doesn’t smell or taste like it should. $60+ an eighth is outrageous.

Need to get Texas to legalize cannabis across-the-board

  20. Levi Tooker on January 17, 2022 at 8:49 pm

55:36 Don’t be so quick to put New Hampshire in the "definitely going to legalize in 2022" column. The governor is a prohibitionist so a bill will have to get past his veto to succeed.

  21. Dave Sabb on January 17, 2022 at 8:50 pm

What’s going on with Pennsylvania when are they making it rec.

Disappointed you guys didn’t cover my home state Delaware. Bill HB305 presented on January 16th 2022 I feel looks very promising. With the bill failing last year because of a few issues, now said issues being rectified in this most reccent iteration. Fingers crossed it passes this time. It only needs a 3/5 or 60% vote to pass!

  24. Hill Billy on January 17, 2022 at 8:51 pm

Hey Guys Kentucky also has a medical Bill which is HB136 , thanks !!!

  25. Der Wolfpack on January 17, 2022 at 8:51 pm

The Tavern league runs Wisconsin. They will not allow pot because alcohol rules Wisconsin, and Republicans like those donations.

Florida 49:08 save you all the bull shit

  27. Thomas McAllister on January 17, 2022 at 8:53 pm

If the Democrats want to win in 22 they need to get the White House to legalize cannabis and have them stop holding out for their run in 24. If you believe that this is not what they are doing then watch what happens over the next 2 years.

  28. Richard Morgan on January 17, 2022 at 8:55 pm

Wow you didn’t even mention Indiana and I noticed β€œ4 bills” when your mouse hovered over it.

  29. Spencer Green on January 17, 2022 at 8:56 pm

Arkansas definitely has bills in place but I never hear you guys speak ok it! Hopefully next ep!

  30. Richard Morgan on January 17, 2022 at 9:01 pm

Republicans have not only gone hard R. The thought of of your UNHAPPINESS give them hard ONs.

  31. David Biron on January 17, 2022 at 9:01 pm

I agree. It is pathetic to watch the politicians play politics with these important agendas. I have been a patient in FL for 6 yrs and am still waiting to be allowed to grow my own medicine without fear . My physical and financial well being is being ignored as are those of over 70 percent of all residents. To have a voice any more in this country , you need to pay for it with your campaign contributions! Of the Corporation , by the corporation, for the corporation !!! Amen

I really hope Wisconsin legalize it currently I’m living in Michigan but I plan on moving back to Wisconsin This summer or the fall possibly or next year depending on how the renovation is going with my house but I’ve lived most of my life in Wisconsin since I was born that’s where I was lived this is the only time that I’ve lived in a different state I’ve been living in Michigan since July of last year but before that I was going back-and-forth between Wisconsin and Michigan which I’ll probably continue to do that but it will help if Skansen legalize it so I can be closer to my family and still have access to the weeds that helps with my ankle because that’s pretty much how much chronic pain and it also helps with my acid reflex as well

  35. Madodo on January 17, 2022 at 9:07 pm

In NC it’s just so confusing. You can have Delta 0 which is said to be stronger than Delta 9 because it’s "hemp" derived but weed itself aka Delta 9 isn’t legal. It doesn’t make any sense.

  36. Just J on January 17, 2022 at 9:08 pm

Idk if I missed it but I think you completely slipped over Iowa, can you do a little video on that? It’s where I live and wish to start up my own retail and distribution company

  41. David Biron on January 17, 2022 at 9:17 pm

Here is an idea. The Federal Government shows some leadership and declassifies cannabis as a controlled substance , and at the same time , legalizing it for all Americans as did the Canadians to our North and the Mexicans to our South. Allow states to figure out how to regulate(position their friends for a bright future) /and tax the cannabis market. Time for the blue pill and unplug from the broken matrix we are all stuck in.

  42. J Fowler on January 17, 2022 at 9:17 pm

Look. One of the biggest things we can do is letting our elected officials know we will refuse to support anyone who isn’t pro cannabis.
That starts from the bottom. Don’t just wait until election time, get involved now.

  47. D.E. Christe on January 17, 2022 at 9:20 pm

Hoping the long wait for Maryland to catch up is over soon. So many years of the circular debate of "studying the safety" and "what about the children."
Can we move on to sane stable cannabis laws in 2022.

Where will federal laws go after all the states go legal for adult use?
