Retailers angry over Quebec's pot marketing rules
Although you can buy and smoke pot in Quebec, you can’t buy a shirt with a picture of it. Provincial inspectors have told shop owners that selling items that appear to promote cannabis could result in fines of up to $62,500. That has some retailers angry and worried, making some consider legal action against the province.
