Federal Legalization and Cannabis Stocks – How I am playing Federal Legalizations & Cannabis stocks

Federal legalization is set to happen in 2022. And, I am gearing up to play the moves with cannabis stocks. First, many cannabis stocks have already started to move on some news of federal legalization. Some cannabis stocks moved up 220% in just one day. The House of Representatives is putting the MORE Act to a floor vote this week. And, the Senate is set to get its version of cannabis legalization ready in the month of April. I expect this will take some few weeks for this to move forward. Then, the Senate version of federal legalization will go to full floor vote. During this time, expect cannabis stocks to be jumpy and to move up and down on varying amounts of moves. But, the progress for federal legalization will ensure that cannabis stocks have the ability to up-list to NASDAQ and from there, real money can start investing in cannabis stocks.

Look for a lot of information regarding cannabis legalization to hit the news wires in the coming days & weeks leading up to the Mid-term election.

I believe this is the second time the MORE Act will be voted on by the house. You may be referring to the SAFE Banking Act when saying it’s the 6th attempt at a passing. Love the channel, just wanted to clear up potential confusion.

So what you’re saying is that the vote begins tomorrow, but there may not be a decision until a few weeks later?

The dumbest law in the history of government making pot legal I’m homeless because the weed stinks from neighbors made me so sick I had to move out my cheap apartment. Now I can’t afford high rents with my fixed income. Why everyone have to breathe dirty oxygen from potheads.

Good video. It seems that the Cannabis stock run is very selective. For example: Truelive, GreenThumb – are NOT running. It seems perhaps that foreign cannabis stocks are running but American stocks are not. Is that true? If so – why is that good companies such as Trulieve or GreenThumb aren’t really running while some of that sector is? I WILL MUCH APPRECIATE A REPLY! Thank you!

The opportunity in cannabis investing is in the companies that will import and sale cannabis to us and Canadian and European cannabis companies.
Think: how much does it cost to produce one gram of flower in North America? Then ask yourself: how mucho! does it cost cannabis companies in Colombia to produce a gram of flower?
I give you a hint? The difference is 1000 %
Us cannabis companies are already preparing for the day they will be importing cannabis and not involved in the production. Only the retailing of the product!!!!!
Think of the California avocado and flower industries! What happened to them
One went to Mexico and the other to Colombia
How are the US cannabis companies preparing for that day?
By selling the green houses and leasing them back.
They know one day they will not need those greenhouses
So sell innovative industries. The company that has being buying those properties
They will find themselves with useless greenhouses.
Three companies are growing cannabis in Colombia
    Do you know their names?
    Do your own research!!!!!!
I give you three hints, their first letter of their name: K, L, P
And yes, just today Colombia just pass the law allowing cannabis companies to export their agricultural products,
This is moving fast so hurry up

    Got the email. Thanks!
Planet 13 started reporting GAAP this quarter in preparation to uplist when federal legalization occurs. A bug tailwind for them imo.

I’m in Denver. Can we meet D.H.??

  21. Steve Joyner on April 3, 2022 at 7:32 pm

I sure hope you are right about all this D.H. but I just don’t see Schumer’s bill getting enough Republican votes in the Senate. As far as getting 65% in order to avoid Biden vetoing the bill which he likely would given his stance on cannabis, extremely unlikely. Hope you’re right though as my cannabis stocks have been getting crushed for the last year.
