    WTAF so only drunk dealers can sell drugs. NY is a mess! The drug dealers should locked up doing hard labour or never never land.
    We need real honest people selling this over the counter drug.

    Yup but they’re going to need 210k just to apply for the license if denied NYS returns 200k of that .
    And if your approved after your first 210k license which has a renewal cycle of 3 years , you now need funds to open a store front, open line of credit with farms/misc product providers.
    Bottom line , fat chance that your old drug dealer will be your new legal dealer. Only folks open weed shops have a line of available credit of 1mil and 300 on floating cash. Imo
    This is all to circumvent what’s gonna be said in the future you convicted us of selling weed and now you price this out while making a profit
