Tenth Amendment…States rights…The federal government only has the powers given to it by the U.S. Constitution…all other powers belong to the states…

If it’s one thing NH has mastered, it is giving its citizens the illusion of freedom while controlling what they can (and mostly can’t) do. They’ll figure it out.
Shouldn’t tax proceeds go to the education system as a whole, not just the schools state property taxes…

What’s hilarious. They could make it legalized in every state, it would still be illegal for federal employees. So yeah, none of this applies to a few million workers. 🤷🏻‍♂️

NH hates marijuana for the sole reason it would take money from their REAL racket: alcohol. I mean, you dont get sick or die from using cannabis everyday, but with alcohol, they KNOW its a lifestyle. Imagine equating a $15 joint to a $1.10 Roadie. Imagine drinking 10 "tall boys", youd be hammered. The state doesn’t care, it WANTS you addicted to alcohol.. to gambling. It makes them SO much money, yet turn a cheek to cannabis because of old, outdated, and wrong info. We need to progress forward, not continue to live in the past.

They would be violating the interstate commerce laws just decided on in Maine, dictating that the state cannot control the production and distribution of a product.
