HighYield™ Commercial Cannabis Greenhouse Part II – Ceres Greenhouse Solutions

This is to complete our HighYield™ Kit Commercial Cannabis Greenhouse Series featuring our 3,000 square foot HighYield™ greenhouse kit in Central Michigan. To watch part one of this series, you may click this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0_vrgtCgqF8. To learn more about Ceres Greenhouse Solutions and how they build energy-efficient greenhouses, you may visit our website at https://ceresgs.com.

In this part two of our HighYield™ Kit Commercial Cannabis Greenhouse video, we did a tour of the inside of this unique greenhouse. We shared specific details about the materials used, how they work, and the temperatures set to make this greenhouse more productive and self-sufficient.
This warehouse has a very robust GAHT® system (which we had an in-depth discussion on the part one of this video), and at the same time, has a full light deprivation system. For the light deprivation to take place, we also showed in this video how many louvers does this vented greenhouse have and how they are installed on each side of the greenhouse; this way, there is light deprivation, but at the same time, the air is allowed to flow through.

This cannabis greenhouse is a cost-effective and efficient way to grow enormous, high-quality crops all year. Thermal insulation and additional lighting are included in our cannabis greenhouse kits to ensure healthy plant growth. As our greenhouses are easy to assemble and require low maintenance, our clients will get to spend more time growing their crops and spending less time worrying about their greenhouse.

Hi everyone, welcome back! We’re back in Central Michigan looking at our 3,000 square foot HighYield™ greenhouse kit. For a bunch of information on this particular greenhouse, you can check back at the first video we shot last fall in September. It’s June 23rd, 2019, right now, so you know where we are in the world.
Real quick, this is a 3,000 square foot greenhouse, as I said, 30 feet from the south to the north, 100 feet west to east, standard greenhouse kit. This greenhouse is unique because it is a vented greenhouse, it has cooling as well, and it has a very robust GAHT® system around our heat transfer which I discussed in depth in the last video. I will show you that it has a light deprivation intake and exhaust louvers over the exhaust fans to keep light out. Full light deprivation system is now installed. It’s got about a third of the greenhouse in plants right now. They’re slowly adding plants to it every two-and-a-half week until it’s full. They’ll also harvest every two and a half weeks once it’s full.
We’re gonna go inside and just do a quick tour to show you what it looks like to grow inside a vented HighYield™ GAHT® greenhouse.
Ok, here we are inside the greenhouse: triple-layer polycarb, three-inch insulated metal panels, R24 east wall, north wall, north roof. White deprivation is in; as you can see, these guys are using a thousand watts of HPS lights. First row of plants in the ground, “in the ground.” These plants went in for about two weeks; they’re just starting to flower. Outside it’s probably like 76℉ to 77℉ degrees. Inside, it’s about 83℉ degrees, 50% humidity right now. It’s a little warm for me standing here. The plants are incredibly happy in this position. They’re running three exhaust fans right now, so this is a very cheap operational situation for a grower at this point. These guys do have some AC installed in the building, so as it gets hotter or more humid outside, they will be able to shut the greenhouse down, fire up the D Huez, turn on the air conditioning, and stabilize temperatures in the greenhouse throughout the hottest parts of the summer.

  16. MarxxComics on July 24, 2022 at 2:39 am

I just want to say thank you for the video. I know you’re professionals, but reading the hate comments is frustrating.
Nobody said these systems are cheap. Sure. They’re not for everyone. Quality and extensive R&D takes time, money, and resources. The product looks every bit worth the cost, and while it’s out of my price range currently, I respect what you’re doing, I hope your company is thriving, and realize this is a niche product that isn’t meant for everyone.

I really wish people would stop harping on the cost. If it’s too expensive, either save up, or find another solution. Please respect what CERES is doing and leave your negative comments to yourselves.

Not growing with LED´s is a waste of time. 1000w HPS light does not give good resin.
