This video is a very clear explanation of why CBP can make you get us an entry waiver if you admit to smoking Marijuana to them. I have skipped all the legal codes and jargon since I didn’t want to put you to sleep. We specialize in getting these weed-smoking cases cleared. They are actually more work than if you had a Canadian conviction for Assaulting Police, Pointing a Firearm, or Home Invasions.

At US Entry Waiver Services, we are an impressive team of U.S. Immigration Law Intelligence Analysts, dedicated to resolving all USA border crossing issues. We are also dedicated to spreading the truth about U.S. immigration and the entire process. We are the only Canadian business in our industry that also has an internet talk radio show.

We are extremely passionate about our work because we stand for what we deeply believe is right for the client. We also believe in saving a client some money if possible. We do not nickel and dime you like the competitors. You pay 1 flat fee with us to prepare your case and this includes free digital prints. We do 95% of the entire case to include developing your rehabilitation, writing the letters of reference, writing your letter of explanation, and more. The client will do very little work since we understand that you have a very busy schedule.

We also have counselors, psychologists, letter writers, digital fingerprinting techs, a drug testing specialist, and more on our rolls. We actually recommend to our clients to hold off on getting a Canadian Pardon since we feel that they are overall a waste of money. You really do not need a Canadian Pardon/Record Suspension. The only exception is if you need it for employment purposes.

WE ARE ALSO NOT A $399 DISCOUNT WAIVER COMPANY!

Our fight for the clients will not be stopping any time soon.

Clients and other people continually ask us about the differences and best ways to get cleared to enter the USA. A US Entry Waiver can obviously get you cleared. However, did you know that some cases do not even require a waiver? You might even qualify for the lifetime clearance called the September Letter.

We are the only Canadian business that specializes in the September Letters and more. We also boast a 98%-99% approval rate. We clear the former big fish in B.C. Give us a shout today at:

Are you suggesting that Canadians should lie to boarder officials?

What is a medical user supposed to do? You know its legal for Canadians to use cannabis for medical purposes in Canada right?

Ok question. Let’s say an individual possibly has non-conviction record of a marijuana possession incident. That incident didn’t result in a charge of any sort, but that individual did in fact have a interaction with a police officer. The police officer I guess dismissed the marijuana possession, but may have made some sort of report regarding the incident. Will a U.S border security officer have access to that information to be used against the individual when answering the have you ever used marijuana question?
