Marijuana should not be legalized. I could see it now. A bus driversmoking a joint before he drives a whole bunch of people to where they want to go. A heart surgeon smoking a joint before he does an operation on you. An airplane pilot flying a plane. And on and on and on. No it’s should not be legalized.

We have 10 dispensaries in my little town. I don’t expect them all to make it but I like the free Enterprise aspect of our states cannabis laws. Oklahoma is OK!

Recreational cannabis use should be legal because the "medical" cannabis industry is not medical. If it was certain strains and thc levels would be allowed only to those who really have a medical problem. Let’s say epilepsy or cancer. While cannabis is illegal on a federal level I support the full legalization of cannabis I dont support medical marijuana for this reason it’s not really medical. Let’s not forget while cannabis is a medicine it can be a drug. Cannabis induced Schizophrenia is becoming more known specially with people smoking massive amounts of cannabis with high tch levels. It needs to be regulated otherwise it’s not medical.

Go to any weed doc and say you get headaches or have insomnia and cannabis helps. You’ll get the card. It’s basically legal for anyone that wants it.

What this video doesn’t tell you is that in Oklahoma you don’t need any specific condition to qualify for your card. A doctor can recommend for any reason, so anyone who wants a card can have it. So the answer is actually YES, cannabis is legal in Oklahoma for adult residents who want it.

I’m in Oklahoma and still can’t believe we have the best Medical Cannabis program in the country! We are dead last in almost everything else! We have dispensaries on every corner & prices are GREAT! At 58, it’s unbelievable to look back 40 years ago & compare!
