California launches grant to incentivize the legal sale of weed | To The Point

The California Department of Cannabis Control is launching a new $20 million grant program they say is “the first of its kind in the nation.”

It’s called the Local Jurisdiction Retail Access Grant, and its goal is to encourage cities and counties that don’t yet allow retail sales of cannabis to start allowing that.

    Legal sales and taxes only work when you make it federally legal if not it’s a bunch of bulshit

    When you over tax and over regulate (like California loves to do) the only way for farmers to survive is so sell on the side. This is a problem with an easy solution.
