Does wonders for the taxes and people like my mom wouldn’t have to shell out so much money for medical. It’s changed her life at the age of 73. I’m all for it if it helps my mom in any way possible

They need to legalize it ! Florida State government needs to Stop grifting and get their money hungry grubby fingers out of the loop ! The people that really need it can’t afford it between the doctors and the state register ,a person will go through 300 – 400 bucks before they even get to a dispensary , and the regulatory process doesnt stop to where it can be 500 – 700 + dollars a year ! The dispensaries are reasonably priced ,,the state is just grifting off it ,,, then theres the legal drug dealers ,doctors with script pads ,,causing opiod epidemics ,ruining peoples lives ,,its all about the money ,,hence the Republican state status !!!
Don’t get me started on the prisons revolving door so called
" correctional institutions" ,,to me its cartel like and criminal and transparent !!

  11. Underground92 on September 27, 2023 at 7:33 am

Even if majority do vote for it, it will be a hard battle for the legislature to approve it. Because there will be lawsuits anyway to stop it.

  12. Max on September 27, 2023 at 7:34 am

  19. Casey on September 27, 2023 at 7:41 am

I hope Florida doesn’t legalized. They’re too stupid to understand the benefits. Leave it to the blue states to legalize and collect all the tax revenue tourism job-creation etc

  23. B N on September 27, 2023 at 7:55 am

Florida factories don’t smell but marijuana does πŸ˜†

  24. B N on September 27, 2023 at 7:56 am

Nudist beaches in Florida are ok. But legalized marijuana smells bad so don’t legalize? That’s ok because people will leave Florida for legalized states for example Tennessee will soon legalize marijuana.

  25. cybersloth5150 on September 27, 2023 at 7:56 am

We’re not interested in the pungent odor of the governor’s attitude toward marijuana.

  26. Eviki Sorits on September 27, 2023 at 7:58 am

Is always about the criminal elite deep state and organised crime profits not the safety of the people is obious our government is dafacto and ran by a crime cabal not real leaders or justice what can we expect when citizens are legally mind controlled with chem trails toxic nano particles linked to Ai and technological mind control let’s hope all this corruption stops before this elite and organised crime agendas scalate to full control of America Americans and world for the criminal nwo factions no drug that induces reduceds cognitive reaction should be legalized specially for a population that is been trafficked with technological mind control stop this corruption

  27. Dixie Normus on September 27, 2023 at 7:59 am

    Legalise cannabis in the UK.

  29. Dustin Johnson on September 27, 2023 at 8:02 am

People need to abide by the Bible. Weed is all in the Bible.

  30. David on September 27, 2023 at 8:03 am

The problem I’ve noticed with many people who smoke marijuana is they just can’t seem to leave it at home and smoke it after the work day is done. It probably would have been legalized long ago if it wasn’t for this problem.

  31. jp yodog on September 27, 2023 at 8:05 am

    I hope

  32. Liberated on September 27, 2023 at 8:06 am

This is ironic. They ban this stuff back in the day because it brought joy and happiness to people. Now they know people are ez to control on the weeds so this leads to the legalization. And it generates millions in taxes.

  33. CAMEL ROCK on September 27, 2023 at 8:07 am

There is ZERO reason for weed to be illegal and alcohol is…weed got me off alcohol and is so much better than a nasty drug like alcohol.

  34. Chris Benj on September 27, 2023 at 8:07 am

    CAN SOUTH CAROLINA HURRY UP

  35. TopDeckHelix on September 27, 2023 at 8:08 am

Absolutely love DeSantos. He keep Florida independent, free and safe. On that note, legalize the stuff, is much rather see a weed culture than alcohol culture that is very prevalent here

  36. Mirracle on September 27, 2023 at 8:12 am

Some company should start making THC-infused , salted and dried seaweed. Then people would be able to eat seaweed and experience the effects of smoking weed.

  37. Acoustic metal on September 27, 2023 at 8:12 am

  42. Brian Morris on September 27, 2023 at 8:15 am

Just let everyone grow in all 50 states legally for recreation and medicine problem solved. Clone stores can replace dispensaries.

  43. Tempo Taker on September 27, 2023 at 8:16 am

Everything happens in Florida 10 years after ever other state makes a good decision. It needs to be legal for 21 and older… it would stop so many people from dying due to laced street products and help many others trying to do other things in their free time rather than drink alcohol, which should be ilegal.

  44. Aba Zion on September 27, 2023 at 8:16 am

What about taxes ? No one’s talking about that

  45. Malcolm Olivera on September 27, 2023 at 8:18 am

  46. Dan Dicristina on September 27, 2023 at 8:18 am

It recreational in New Jersey, New York, California, Colorado, Delaware, Pennsylvania and far more other states. What the hell is Florida waiting on

  47. Donald Cowling on September 27, 2023 at 8:18 am

Why does it take 7 months

  48. Anton B on September 27, 2023 at 8:20 am

My job here in Florida still does random drug tests for marijuana even though it’s legal for medical use. Their excuse is that it’s still illegal federally so we’re still not allowed to use it. So even if it becomes legal for recreational use it wont matter for people like me. It’s amazing the amount of disdain for marijuana.
