    When I drove ride share in San Diego, I dropped a guy off in Spring Valley at a dispensary. He said things were quiet overnight until early morning when the construction workers came in to get their supplies.

    It was legalized here in Canada in 2018. The majority of employers that tested for it before is still testing for it.

    We have this law in NY State since the day marijuana was legalized. It’s awesome the law has helped many recreational marijuana users get jobs without the fear of rejected. The only thing is in NY State the law states you can’t smoke marijuana while on the job only afterwards.
