What happened, federal government not moving ahead on legalizing cannabis due to tobacco, pharma and alcohol interests, to keep Amercians drinking alcohol (now in cans) hard seltzer and smoking cigarettes.

It’s illegal in my state but the corner store by my house moves a ton of weed labeled CBD. I buy it because of my job, 5yrs without real weed and now I wouldn’t even know who to buy it from but I’d imagine by now your street weed is likely coming from a business source rather than smuggled in. Then again, that wouldn’t reflect well in stocks… And how the heck are there marijuana stocks but their money can’t go into a bank account?

Aurora cannabis is poorly run. Shouldn’t mean that they all are seen as bad investment. They wayyy overspent on expansion. Aphria has actually been increasing market share and sales. So this is a serious question to everyone if you had to gas make a wild guess when do you think the cannabis stocks are going to bottom out on average in general I know some companies are better than others
I would treat Cannabis stocks as a long-term volatility stock. Not like tobacco or anything. They still need another year to settle and find steady earnings in my opinion.
