What Partial Legalization Of Marijuana Would Mean For The Cannabis Industry

The Safer banking Act would allow banks and credit unions to serve the cannabis business and workers in states where cannabis is legal. Dan Aherns discusses this important week for the U.S. legal cannabis market. The banking, housing, and urban affairs committee will mark up on Wednesday, September 27th. Dan examines federal cannabis reforms as the U.S. department of Health and human services recommended reclassifying marijuana. He talks about how the DEA rescheduling has the biggest potential impact on companies’ profitability. He goes over what partial legalization of marijuana would mean for the cannabis industry. He expects that reforms will soon allow listing on major U.S. exchanges. He then highlights his top cannabis stock pick which is Green Thumb Industries (GTBIF). Tune in to find out more about the stock market today.

I’d rather it remain Schedule 1 and let states decide, than to reschedule and let Big Pharma take control of everything regarding it. We don’t meed a reschedule…..we need it to be descheduled!!

Legal market but not well legislated. So you can perhaps buy it, but if you get dui with a 00,01 ng in your system you will get charged. Weed stays weeks if not months in some cases. No thanks. So the good news are for the corporation only. Be aware of the law before you jump in the swimming pool, you may find no water in it.

The weed industry is run by the government and Wall Street and has no free market and no outside testing for its purity…
The dispensaries weed is essentially fascist…imagine government and Wall Street dominating what you are consuming without any regulation..
That’s why the dispensaries record your drivers license πŸͺͺ..to keep data on your progress. You are the experimental lab rat πŸ€..and of course it’s obvious that your drivers license information is valuable to your insurance company and employer and by handing them it you gave them permission to do whatever they want with your information…
And rescheduling it could mean they go after the home growers…and more people could go to jail again for weed…
My immediate suggestion is to quit consuming dispensaries products… if no purity labels, that’s a giant red flag πŸš©β€¦
