No, ditch the gummies and candy-looking cannabis products. Are you serious?? You seriously think you won’t get sued a million times by parents of young children who “somehow” got ahold of them and had a scare. Weed is harmless when used responsibly by adults, but it’s different when you’re talking about kids. Make them look like stuff you’d never eat and if a kid saw it, they wouldn’t immediately zero in on it, like CANDY. 🙄

The cap is absurd (especially when in 2019 it was proposed everyone was going to get a fair shake) but Of course now they’re going to monopolize the industry right??

They originally said the people (nearly anybody) would get the opportunity to be a cultivator, as long as, they went through the proper channels! “License” obviously but most importantly each individuals grow would have to meet safety guidelines and lab tested requirements to ensure product isn’t molded or have impurities such as hazardous chemicals, pesticides, fungus etc. And grows would need safety guidelines as well to avoid fires and things of that nature. It was also stated that it would taxed through apps.

Circling back to lab tests many dispensary have on site lab ready testing machines.

They also said up to 12 plants per adult under one household!

no weed should be sold until those who have been imprisoned for low level weed offenses are released.

Got to admit, I had shares in MSOS, however, I am seeing that Canadian LPs are the true weed and green wagon. when the US announced positive news, Canadian LPs surge higher than MSOS. When international news being announced Canadian LPs continue to rise while the US companies remain stagnant. When negative news hits, MSOS was the one who sank first and Canadian LPs tank.

Company like Tilray has more influence over most US companies with higher exposure to investors due to the reason being listed in major exchange like NASDAQ, while the US companies are limited to OTC and are facing the issue to be listed on the fundamental levels.

It’ll never happen. I wish it would but never will the federal prohibition of cannabis ever be lifted.

  20. @starwizardmanonthestarwiza2469 on February 4, 2024 at 12:11 am

It’s time to write this wrong and legalize cannabis Nationwide not just decriminalize but legalize worldwide we don’t need any help to control it cannabis controls itself. The laws are changing without any courts help the people know what they want.
