    Personally would say many people are at best flat or worse since Sep-21. The UK market had been holding up better, but it’s been savaged the last couple of weeks. S&P is down 4% over that time, FTSE350 is down 5%.

    I also think talking about emotions is important. We’re not machines, seeing 4 figure daily swings can be painful, and at least for me, I go through periods of feeling like a genius and an idiot, and I’m just trying to trust in the long term process and recognise buying opportunities as just that πŸ™‚

    Obviously it sucks selling with a big loss, but understand the Superdry position.
