Oh, no. He was growing marijuana! Oh, the travesty. Yeah, let’s arrest him and not the rapist and murders. Its all about the state getting their tax dollars through forced marijuana licensing laws. Smh.

Prosecutor should be charged with official oppression, misconduct and malicious prosecution. Prosecutor mad because LaRue wouldn’t bow down to give him an easy prosecution in the win column.
No way was this murder and definitely not premeditated. Never should have fired a warning shot though. Whether or not the business license had lapsed or not is irrelevant, because the building was paid for his use. DOJ needs to end this nonsense. Prosecutor needs to be prosecuted.
LaRue had a right to be there, the burglar didn’t. And it’s not like LaRue was trying to run his business illegally, but had applied for his license renewal and shouldn’t be expected not to preserve valuable merchandise, equipment and contents until the renewal was approved. It may have been slightly different if it had been denied. His video camera proves the burglar was there illegally and was committing a felony, which any reasonable person with sound mind and good judgment would conclude. Just because he didn’t know who the burglar was, doesn’t mean he wasn’t a burglar.

The law is stated You can’t shoot somebody outside your door You wait until they enter or break in then you have a right Then you grow marijuana illegally that’s a felony On top of a firearm It start stacking up against you The DA will charge you every Time And I bet a lawyer will tell you the same thing Stand your ground and castle doctrine go out the window

His license had expired, we don’t know if he’d applied for a new license, or if a new license had been granted and was en route. With this COVID 19 existence, everything is slow. Don’t be the judge and jury for the police, stop finding anything to make this man look evil. You know damn well if a White man had done this, he would not be charged with first degree murder. It’s racism of the highest order, and this station is using half truths to make this man look bad, to assuage guilt, to make everyone think: β€œWell, he didn’t have a license, yes he deserves to be charged for first degree murder.” If this was a white male, there’d be no question, it was self defense. That state attorney has bought himself a ticket to one of the worst hells ever. For his punishment in hell, his head will roll.

Hes in jail for murder. Without a license might be in there too but they are charging him for defending himself.
