The black market is the least threatening thing in the cannabis industry right now (in California) it’s the governments lack of oversight and practices! They’re carrying out raids on farms that are either applying for, have temporary or fully licensed without any answers either from the officers doing it or the people in charge at the state level as to why. No one is regulating the testing of 90% of the products going onto licensed dispensary shelves. They’re trying to ruin both markets for California hence why people are going to the black market because it’s easier today to get product direct from the growers without the hassle of a +40% up charge that CA is stealing. Cannabis is medicinal so why is it being treated as a luxury item?
