Supreme Court: Quebec law banning homegrown cannabis is constitutional

    is charging 16 times the cost to grow it constitutional ? we like to buy this stuff in half pounds and also in keif form more.

    Quebec used to be a place to go to have fun. Downtown Montreal is quiet a shadow of it’s former self back in the 80’s.
