Grower agreements are used in many states to regulate the sale and purchase of cannabis plants or cuts. A grower agreement sets out the legal obligations between a grower and buyer, including specifications on product quality, delivery times, and payment terms. It also serves to protect the interests of both parties involved in the transaction.

When considering a Grower Agreement, it is important to understand the various types of plants or cuts that are available. Different strains have different levels of THC, CBD and other chemical compounds which can affect product quality and pricing.
