It can be Legal and We Can All Benefit… Or you can fund the Cartels… Gotta wonder why the Republicans want to fund the Cartels rather than gain funds…

    Two side by each

  3. @Andygarrett357 on June 2, 2024 at 3:59 pm

Good, the USA has enough drug addicts, we don’t need any of Canada’s trash and refuse.

  4. @lilnbigman on June 2, 2024 at 3:59 pm

It’s already legal here so don’t know where you’re getting your info. Became so first of September and is being sold Dr’s are giving cards. Thus I don’t care what boarder patrol states it is legal. Over 75% of USA boarder patrol uses pot, other alcoholics. Stand up to them The Constitution of The United States of America tells We The People do not have to answer to them. Our treaty with Canada states they can only ask if it’s bussiness or pleasure.

  5. @rusirius913 on June 2, 2024 at 4:04 pm

Just say no! then it’s up to border agent to "sense" if telling truth..or not. Besides it’s ok to lie, when the questions are insane.

I have no desire to ever enter the US again. To me it is a lawless society with everyone packing guns. I will stay in Canada, the best country in the world.

  9. @TheSmokeroo on June 2, 2024 at 4:06 pm

Wonder if it affects a Dutch also than maybe we shouldn’t allow Americans in our coffeeshops

  10. @andreboismier3037 on June 2, 2024 at 4:07 pm

Confused how the US government allows its own citizens to invest in Canadian weed stocks but they won’t allow canadians that invest in Canadian weed stocks to enter the US? If I’m missing something here let me know I’m baffled at this still

  11. @dennis87885 on June 2, 2024 at 4:10 pm

So does this mean that Trudeau can’t enter the US? Since he had a part in legalizing it?

  12. @ijvo1951 on June 2, 2024 at 4:10 pm

How do they handle Uruguay? In Uruguay, weed is legal to possess, sell, cultivate and transport.

  13. @TheAudio1 on June 2, 2024 at 4:11 pm

This makes no sense. Pot is legal in the US in alot of states.

It’s so funny to see what some people write here. I think we should build a wall to keep Americans out. Make them pay for it. And let’s be honest, liberal and conservative governments alike don’t do enough to protect our borders.

  25. @briant9251 on June 2, 2024 at 4:28 pm

Haven’t crossed into their country for 30 years why would I want to cross now.
    Screw them.
We’ll take all the tourism dollars from the Americans that want to smoke weed. No problem.

  26. @blairdom150 on June 2, 2024 at 4:28 pm

Why would anybody want to come here right now? Wait until Trump is impeached.

  27. @infopackrat on June 2, 2024 at 4:30 pm

It is insane to ban someone for investing in a legal product in their country.

  28. @jockguy24 on June 2, 2024 at 4:33 pm

Time for my generation to wake up and prosecute then execute the corporate criminal slime we call leaders worldwide… time to execute the disgusting oxygen wasting slime….TIME FOR A REPUBLIC OF CANADA

  29. @gixxersuzuki3002 on June 2, 2024 at 4:33 pm

If I was someone barred from the U.S I would use the fact that Justin Trudeau has also admitted to doing it in the past and he’s not banned as a defence. Justin Bieber also. Hey maybe you just have to be called Justin to get off. 😂

  30. @mikeeddington1803 on June 2, 2024 at 4:33 pm

They have the right to ban you for smiling at them.

They can just deny you entry, the US is a foreign country.

  31. @sparkee666 on June 2, 2024 at 4:34 pm

What a shame. we could have worked with and developed a stronger industry with the states where pot is legal.

  32. @billiamc1969 on June 2, 2024 at 4:35 pm

This is precisely why Trump and his supporters must go!!!!!

  33. @handsoffmygunmf6750 on June 2, 2024 at 4:36 pm

So you actually think a US border guard is going to investigate to see what your investments are, and if you have stocks in marijuana? This is a ridiculous hypothetical.

  34. @handsoffmygunmf6750 on June 2, 2024 at 4:38 pm

We’re gonna give you limeys a urine drug test before you enter. Get ready to pee in a bottle

  35. @Tyler-qy6cr on June 2, 2024 at 4:38 pm

Their country, their rules. RESPECT THE LAW!!!

  36. @ab7886 on June 2, 2024 at 4:39 pm

My question is how is the US going to prove that you smoke pot or invest in pot in order to keep Canadians out. What about other countries that weed is legal in. Discrimination against Canadians it seems like.

  37. @wondereagle on June 2, 2024 at 4:40 pm

I wonder if the teachers pension fund is invested. That’s a lot of blocked people.

  38. @MkmeOrg on June 2, 2024 at 4:44 pm

Jeez they didn’t say banned- The spokesperson said "may" affect admissibility. Stop this BS fear mongering. You are now as bad as BNN (and their fear spewing lawyer) and one might conclude it is deliberate to manipulate stock prices. Further talks needed- yes. Quit your job and drop your investments…NO

  39. @zoojudy5890 on June 2, 2024 at 4:45 pm

Welcome to the new fascist US.

  40. @infopackrat on June 2, 2024 at 4:45 pm

So what happens if a Canadian crosses the border to a state that has legalized Cannabis?

  41. @ReginaldJackson100 on June 2, 2024 at 4:46 pm

The U.S. should ban all CBC employees. They are hateful filth.

  42. @rainydaylady6596 on June 2, 2024 at 4:47 pm

So, if I invested in a Canadian pot company and then went to Canada on a trip I could potentially be kept from getting back into the US? Yay! A way to move to Canada!

  43. @WilhelmDrake on June 2, 2024 at 4:49 pm

Simple, don’t go to the US.

  44. @asfandnasar on June 2, 2024 at 4:49 pm

Can they please send Elon musk to Canada while they at it . He puffed weed too . !!

  45. @marcy3098 on June 2, 2024 at 4:51 pm

I’m never visiting the US again. Problem solved.

  46. @captindo on June 2, 2024 at 4:52 pm

not worried, wait a year when the tax money starts pouring in from cannibas, we can get wealthy and keep the wealth here then, well, minds might change.

  50. @PainCausingSamurai on June 2, 2024 at 4:56 pm

Fun. Canada should apply the same measures against US gun owners and manufacturers.
