How would it stop the black market if tourist can’t use the shops? They’ll be using the black market

  2. @J32839 on July 2, 2024 at 6:24 pm

Those that think it will increase drug use or have a negative effect on society clearly have no ability to read the now countless other case studies that prove that false. Also, the irony of some of the limitations with these laws is absurd… they say the goal is to decrease the black market and yet they make stipulations that will lead to a gray/black market anyway

After 5 years of legalization in canada , i believe we have the right approach to cannabis. Growing 4 plants for personal use and a regulated retail system to supply those who can’t grow their own. I’m 70 years old and still ID ‘d everytime at my local pot shop. It is what it is.

  5. @inkcap1002 on July 2, 2024 at 6:25 pm

Too late they should of legalised it 100 years ago πŸ˜‚

It’s a joke here in the uk. They let us buy seeds there are hydro shops and they will nick us for growing. But they can. Uk is the biggest cannabis exporter in the world.

  16. @smokar1235 on July 2, 2024 at 6:40 pm

There is one big issue: I AM German, with German ID BUT I live in France. So when I go visiting my family in Germany, how do I do? Because I can’t join a club and of course can’t grow my own plants! Sooooo actually I will be discriminated with these stupid rules and will still be forced to use the black market if I want to smoke a joint in Germany!

  17. @daniellaraman on July 2, 2024 at 6:40 pm

Why is the guy rolling seeds? That’s really strange man. Nobody puts seeds in a rolling paper, unless they’re trying to save them.

  50. @nickinportland on July 2, 2024 at 7:19 pm

I mean we’ve been doing it in the US all this time. Got a good model of what to do right and wrong. I’ve lived where it’s legal and illegal and haven’t noticed any real difference.
