A group of established cannabis companies is suing New York State’s Office of Cannabis Management, saying they’ve been unfairly shut out of the dispensary license application process.

This is discrimination because I didn’t get arrested and convicted of pot. I could not have a dispensary. I have grown pot for many years. Now because I didn’t go to prison I can’t grow and sell pot. Then only applications they are looking at is the the criminals. Wow if I new this years ago I would sold some to a under cover cop.
