Cannabis I Cannabis has huge potential to unlock the E Cape's economy: Premier Oscar Mabuyane

Eastern Cape Premier, Oscar Mabuyane, says cannabis has huge potential to unlock the province’s economy.

He has been speaking at the official welcome for Medigrow, the company that will cultivate cannabis for medicinal purposes.

It was established in 2017, and has 14 medicinal cannabis cultivation farms across South Africa.

R100 million has been invested in the project, and it’s expected to create around 30.000 jobs.
