Who wants to go to the shooting range known as the USA?

  4. @lsk464 on September 7, 2024 at 6:09 pm

    The stupidity of government

  5. @jasonvideos5 on September 7, 2024 at 6:10 pm

I agree the American policy is ridiculous but they have warned us and you should do your research before crossing. It is important to respect border crossing rules even if you don’t agree with them.

  6. @no_dojo8056 on September 7, 2024 at 6:13 pm

The Title : "Canadian faces lifetime ban from U.S. over CBD oil"
    What I see : "Canadian —— U.S. — Oil"

    Well this can’t be good.

  7. @mikecorbeil on September 7, 2024 at 6:13 pm

Washington is SICK! Unfortuantely, it’s pretty much constantly that way. And I feel sad for what’s done to this Cdn who’s being absurdly treated. Washington even added a damn fine to its mad nonsense. It was bad and absurd enough without the fine being added.

Just go to Weedborn if you want to heal.

  9. @JBadAss98Gameing on September 7, 2024 at 6:16 pm

    CBD is…legal in all 50 states so….

  10. @ndjvoend on September 7, 2024 at 6:16 pm

This is the dumbest thing ever. Its only CBD. America’s view on harmful drugs is seriously distorted.

  11. @SinInSpira on September 7, 2024 at 6:17 pm

CBD isn’t just from marijuana. CBD can also derived from hemp, and is legal in the US when derived from hemp since the 2018 farm bill. Please do your research.

  12. @MD-4mee on September 7, 2024 at 6:19 pm

Why go to the USA at all?

  13. @jpablo700 on September 7, 2024 at 6:21 pm

Oh man. My heart goes out to her and the Canadian people. This is outrageous and myself and several others continue to fight for political change in the coming election cycles. We have so many other things to worry about over CBD oil. From 🇺🇸 ✌️ 🇨🇦

  14. @marvkwia3973 on September 7, 2024 at 6:21 pm

If you watch border show you would have known and it’s a border you can phone and ask.

  15. @twistedfrannie9311 on September 7, 2024 at 6:21 pm

Silliness, its not like you can get high from CBD . Makes about as much sense as banning someone for carrying A535.

  16. @Greatoneguy on September 7, 2024 at 6:21 pm

What a joke. US is the biggest consumer of illegal and legal drugs in the world and they want to ban this sick ladies medication. They should loom at their own backyard.

  17. @springhelmick8345 on September 7, 2024 at 6:22 pm

  20. @tjinc002 on September 7, 2024 at 6:26 pm

It’s a hypocrisy of dumbass policy

  21. @gangiization on September 7, 2024 at 6:28 pm

  25. @nicevideomancanada on September 7, 2024 at 6:36 pm

    Safer in Canada anyway.

  26. @maddievictoria4947 on September 7, 2024 at 6:37 pm

I think that the situation matters… in her situation; she used the oil to manage pain from a physical medical problem and believed it to be fine as she was traveling to somewhere where it is also legal. That’s an honest mistake and she clearly didn’t try to hide or smuggle it across the border. They should have just sent the lady back home and ask she come back another day without the oil in possession. Not bann her for life.. kind of intense.

  27. @unwindingt.saiyan1458 on September 7, 2024 at 6:38 pm

I am fine with how the boarder portal handled the situation with the find. Government only does what the masses want in their area/country. It is up to the travelers to update on laws on where their are traveling. Well done Boarder Portal.

I just hope i don’t do the same thing or worse on my travels.

  28. @colinj2908 on September 7, 2024 at 6:38 pm

That’s fine. There are many other places I can go where my money will get me a lot further so it’s there loss really. We should all stop going there and teach them a lesson.

  29. @raymondreddington4952 on September 7, 2024 at 6:38 pm

The laws in the United States are designed only to feed the government and big corporations money and support the dictatorship regimes American greed agenda

  30. @mikeloring7507 on September 7, 2024 at 6:40 pm

CBD oil is legal in all 50 states , something is fishy about this story

  31. @missdee555 on September 7, 2024 at 6:41 pm

That’s TOTAL B.S !! Cbd oil for personal use should be allowed in small quantities.

  32. @electricpurple4112 on September 7, 2024 at 6:41 pm

They like banning Canadians for garden variety nonsense lately

  33. @davetom1743 on September 7, 2024 at 6:42 pm

The U.S is a separate country with separate laws.
Ignorance of the law is not a excuse.

  34. @artdent9871 on September 7, 2024 at 6:46 pm

Trump’s own polling says he’s losing in 8 of 9 swing states he won in ’16, hopefully the Dems get serious about reasonable drug policy.

  35. @phantomstratocaster on September 7, 2024 at 6:46 pm

does that include entry from the southern border

  36. @JohnnyCatFitz on September 7, 2024 at 6:47 pm

There are Canadians busted for a little pot or a DUI while in US in the 70s who remain under a lifetime ban to entering US. We need to clear this us w our neighbors. It’s just silly.

  37. @slappychap969 on September 7, 2024 at 6:48 pm

OMG only want you to pay the TAX in americunt…

  38. @lockergr on September 7, 2024 at 6:48 pm

  39. @nabatron21 on September 7, 2024 at 6:52 pm

Cant go to US? Oh well life goes on literally!

  40. @BenJamesSantaCruz on September 7, 2024 at 6:53 pm

The U.S. Federal government’s position on cannabis is, and always has been a blatant bold faced lie. More evidence comes out every day proving that cannabis is much safer than alcoholic beverages or tobacco products. The DEA “drug schedule” has absolutely nothing to do with public safety and everything to do with politics and government corruption. Based on the DEA cannabis is more dangerous than Methamphetamine, Cocaine or Fentanyl!! Serial killers tobacco and alcohol are not even on the DEA drug schedule!

    * SCHEDULE 1
Heroin, LSD, Marijuana (cannabis), MDA (ecstasy)

    * SCHEDULE 2
    Cocaine, Methamphetamine, Oxycodone, Fentanyl, Dexedrine.

    * SCHEDULE 3
Tylenol with codeine, Ketamine, Anabolic steroids, Testosterone.

Enough with reefer madness, Legalize, regulate and tax recreational cannabis!

  41. @DailyKnowledge1 on September 7, 2024 at 6:54 pm

So sad to see CBD is still getting banned etc. because of uninformed people that confuse it with weed and assume that it’s drugs… CBD Oil is the future, WAY better than meds, so the big pharma industry tries to block it.

  42. @laurametheny1008 on September 7, 2024 at 6:54 pm

How ridiculous. Waste of time and resources. Shame.🤔🙄

  43. @brent3611 on September 7, 2024 at 6:57 pm

  45. @Amun27 on September 7, 2024 at 7:01 pm

  46. @lydiamcfadden7044 on September 7, 2024 at 7:02 pm

Have you ever felt sick to your stomach after taking CBD oil?

  47. @verstwo2 on September 7, 2024 at 7:02 pm

should be boycotting the US anyway. maybe if they smoked more joints they would not be shooting each other up so much.

  48. @AV_BH77 on September 7, 2024 at 7:03 pm

I guess i’ll play the devils advocate here and state that if the signage states no cannabis, that means no cannabis. The thing people forget is that the US border is federally controlled, not state. Even if is is legal in Michigan (assuming the border crossing here), the gatekeepers (CBP) are federally run. I have a problem with people using the statement "I assumed ‘X’ therefore ‘Y’ is allowed" to justify their blind ignorance. As a Windsor resident who works in Michigan, I agree with the CBP that she should be banned for life. Just my $0.02.

  49. @trespasser121 on September 7, 2024 at 7:03 pm

If she needs her CBD that much and it’s not allowed in the US, then she wouldn’t want to go there anyway, so no biggie.

  50. @chaoticcreations1184 on September 7, 2024 at 7:04 pm

Why would anyone want to go to the US anyway…
