Germany gives controversial green light to cannabis • FRANCE 24 English

Germany on Monday became the biggest EU country to legalise recreational cannabis, despite fierce objections from opposition politicians and medical associations. Under the first step in the much-debated new law, adults over 18 are now allowed to carry 25 grams of dried cannabis and cultivate up to three marijuana plants at home.

Many thanks to our German federal government and especially to Karl Lauterbach, our health minister, that I am no longer a criminal!

If you have permanent back pain etc and don’t want to take a Opioid Painkillers then Cannabis is a excellent alternative.
It’s not just for recreational use and is not a “drug” it’s a very useful “herb” that has been used for thousands of years.

  16. @JoeyBlogs007 on September 14, 2024 at 6:57 pm

People that smoke are losers, just like drinkers.

  17. @ran1311 on September 14, 2024 at 6:58 pm

  18. @gabin682000 on September 14, 2024 at 7:04 pm

  19. @philipadam7870 on September 14, 2024 at 7:04 pm

Legalising; by not turning smokers of grass into criminals is the right move forward. Nothing will be implemented that magically solves societal problems, but it’s the right choice. After all, real criminals are not hard to find…
