About Bruce Lee (source Wikipedia):
Bruce Lee was a Hong Kong and American martial artist, martial arts instructor, actor, director, screenwriter, producer, and philosopher. He was the founder of Jeet Kune Do, a hybrid martial arts philosophy drawing from different combat disciplines that is often credited with paving the way for modern mixed martial arts (MMA). Lee is considered by critics, media, and other martial artists to be the most influential martial artist of all time and a pop culture icon of the 20th century, who bridged the gap between East and West. He is credited with promoting Hong Kong action cinema and helping to change the way Asians were presented in American films.

A precious review of the backfist
Keep going Fattaah 👊🏼
Thanks for the video 👊🏻
What’s the necklace that he’s wearing called?
My guys literally Leroy Smith in real life
And this move evolved in MMA as the spinning back fist.
Seen fights where it make fighter win.
Is he a Tekken Model?😅
It also looks amazing on camera
Miguel being the goat as usual
You know that brother hits hard dude, holding the punching pad looked a little worried when he just pointed to his Temple
I would love to sit in this man’s class. He sounds so experienced and knowledgeable.
Bro is that guy from Tekken…
Jackie chan said once that during a film bruce lee accidentaly hit him pretty hard.
Bruce lee was really concerned and took care of him, thing is,jackie recovered easily,he was just pretending so his biggest idol would check on him between takes and speak with him jajajajajajaja
Cant blame him
Just found Leroy 😂😂😂
True
Tried this on myself. Yep I’m having a concussion now
Bring back kengan Ashura explanation….
This channel is getting me want to learn Martial Arts and get into better shape. Thank God for Bruce Lee
Personally, I feel that short backhand strikes develop less power than hammerfists in similar situations. However, the longer back fist can still come surprisingly fast from a regular guard.
I’m curious about Bruce lees one inch punch and would love to see Fattaah explain it
Fun fact: the first guy you can see Bruce Lee fight is actually a young up comming Jackie Chan
This is one of the drills we do most in the NY Martial Arts Academy for example one combo is Straight Lead, Backfist.
Love hearing Fattaah’s explanations on this move. Very nice.
I love this technique and i keep training it always.
Anyhow, can you do pros and cons of Optimus prime dual blades in Transformers revenge of the fallen? Seems interesting there.
Always love to see when fattah makes an appearance
Love to see fattah , thanks to him i actually started to look at Wing chun and i implemented some defensive techniques from WC in my muay thai style ,Works great and always surprise the enemy…
I think any good, self respecting pimp understands the power of a good backhand
I wonder why Bruce Lee, a guy who learned from the Real Ip Man (Shady), has a good Wing Chun Back Fist.
I will never understood why more people dont use backfist strikes. The karate version works beautifully in so many positions
Is it a figth ender or something to open the guard?
And it looks really really cool.
Can one of y’all break down one of the fights from invincible
I love these breakdowns!
Morfous is out of the matrix to the real world 😮
In my headcannon I’m sure that fattaah was the inspiration for Leroy Smith in Tekken ✌️💪
Yakuza 0
Majima styles when?
Question, do you have a view how come we don’t see this backfist technique much in UFC and MMA in general?
You seem hella cool
I love seeing this smooth gentleman on scenic fights!
How legit is Chris and Meg vs the school
Plus Bruce Lee could do it so fast you’d be dazed before you even realize what just happened. Opening you up for quite the ass whoopin. Lol.
Can you please breakdown a fight scene from the war movie 1917 please? Thank you.
Man we need a full length Fattaah video man I just love his swagger and energy much love from MA ❤❤
I’d love if Fattah to explain fa jin and how to use it, and no, not the quirk from My Hero Academia
I didn’t realize my mom was channeling Bruce Lee, growing up. I’m already on the floor, and I haven’t even been hit.
Fattaah = Tekken’s Leroy
Damn, I think I could sleep to this guy talking about martial techniques 😮
I’ve started learning Wing Chun, and it’s a really fun system, being able to see and understand techniques now is always fulfilling.
Every time I see Fattaah, I know the video is gonna be fun 😄
