Every Indian know that green luffa in a dish (green vegetable we Indians eat) ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚โค

  19. @MdMonirhossain-yf5jk on October 19, 2024 at 9:13 pm

When it’s green it’s a vegetable, when it’s ripe we leave them to be dried in the plant, then just peel it off.

  20. @Your_Mommy123-e8j on October 19, 2024 at 9:13 pm

Is it like a luffa you use in the shower or something you eat?

๐Ÿ˜’๐Ÿ˜’๐Ÿ˜’๐Ÿ˜’๐Ÿ˜’๐Ÿ˜’Feels like a crime. That was a perfectly good Vegetable. Green and supple.

Loofahs are made from the ones that are left on the vine to harvest for seeds later.

Being an Asian I really cry every time seeing you making sponge from loofa. Loofa is a very testy veggie and very rear to find in the grocery stores in North America.

  31. @the_moonie on October 19, 2024 at 9:25 pm

Actually, green loofah is veggie at my home country. Not the most delicious one but they’re eatable so many pp still eat them.

  32. @swatijoshi1604 on October 19, 2024 at 9:25 pm

๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ it is toori in Hindi i.e. ridge gourd๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ but calling it as loofa is epic…. FYI different types of dry gourd were used as floaters to cross waterbodies too in ancient India

  33. @mamawvondak on October 19, 2024 at 9:26 pm

Just a little disclaimer: If the loofah is too young, the fibers will not have developed enough to do this. Instead, youโ€™ll be able to eat it once itโ€™s cooked. ๐Ÿ˜Š
