Honestly, if you keep it to yourself. Don’t draw attention and keep it to a minimum. Don’t flaunt it in plain view. You’re gonna be fine. Especially if you have neighbors that keep to themselves. But also, don’t have weird people showing up at all hours of the day/night buying your stuff. Be discreet.

  2. @richstone2627 on November 7, 2024 at 9:52 pm

    Yes you can grow it

  3. @jefferyjones7765 on November 7, 2024 at 9:52 pm

In Canada we can. I grow 4 legal monsters in my bay window. Last year too but not a great strain. Now I picked a 120 days autoflower called indigo and I got foot long buds the seize of 1 litre bottles

I want to be able to get an llc and start producing and delivering clones under the hemp laws….. but Ohio is confusing and I cant figure out how to apply…… people are selling them at the farmers markets and traders world and making deliveries….. but I cant find the necessary stuff to do it….. its very confusing

  6. @smokeymcbongwater3561 on November 7, 2024 at 9:55 pm

Some laws are made to be broken

  7. @northendgaming3831 on November 7, 2024 at 9:55 pm

If you have a secure area out of public view you can grow on your property. Not all Ohioans live in a city were growing out of public view is not possible.

  12. @jamesthegrower2.0 on November 7, 2024 at 9:58 pm

What this means and how we did it in Michigan. Yes you can grow in your yard but you better put up an 8ft fence that has a locking door. Then we put privacy screen up on the fence so it can’t be viewed. Planning on doing the same thing in Ohio now I live here.

  13. @NevesThaMenace on November 7, 2024 at 9:58 pm

As long as it’s in a fenced in yard and kids can’t get too it. Your neighbors have no right walking up on your property anyway. They pretty much just frown upon outdoor growing so much they had to lie for the title and then say it in a way not everyone can easily understand. If you got a fence and a gate. You’re good to go. If we’re being honest though, a sign that simply says β€œNo Trespassing” will perfectly suffice for any individual to adhere too. This state hates the fact this plant has been legalized. I love it. Let’s try to get it to a more open social level. Personally I would love to see something like β€œIt’s better in Mentor Baked festival” that would be lit, and I would be stoned.

  14. @reginafisher9919 on November 7, 2024 at 9:59 pm

Why not you should be able to you should be able to do anything you want in your own yard! I’m sick of this stupid government all these stupid rules and laws get rid of them!!! You call this being free!! Yeah right!

  21. @CharacterMatterz on November 7, 2024 at 10:10 pm

Dispensary cannabis is grown using toxic plant growth regulators (PGR’s) to make buds more dense and less leafy for bag apoeal. If you consume cannabis, grow your own organic flowers. It’s easy. Governments of the world have been trying to eradicate it for decades and failed. You CAN do it….

  22. @seth5308 on November 7, 2024 at 10:10 pm

Growing high quality cannabis isn’t hard. I’d absolutely LOVE a to show people how to grow their own.

  23. @juhbulis559 on November 7, 2024 at 10:11 pm

  26. @dareptile9237 on November 7, 2024 at 10:14 pm

Why the big NO? I got them growing in yard now, enclosed by a 6 foot privacy fence that is locked. Why wouldn’t they clarify that a bit more rather than the big NO. Look I don’t even like smoking it much because I can’t seem to find the strain that doesn’t bring me to the brink of panic disorder, I like growing it because it feels like a sin, the apple that Eve wasn’t supposed to eat. I give it away to friends and family with bad back peoblems. I can understand you grow in your front yard, why would you? It’s liable to be taken in the middle of the night.

  27. @AGoodJoe on November 7, 2024 at 10:15 pm

    Really? β€œHigh sales”? Terrible.

Grow weed everywhere and use it every day.

    The Green Revolution’s Call

A plant of life, a freedom’s plea, A right denied, a liberty. Six plants a limit, a senseless chain, A path to justice, fraught with pain.

Shall we succumb to corporate might, And lose our choices, our guiding light? Or shall we rise, with voices bold, And claim our freedom, stories told?

For cultivation is a sacred right, To nourish ourselves, with all our might. A personal choice, a private space, No room for judgment, no time to waste.

The green revolution, a battle cry, For equality, beneath the sky. Let’s break the chains, and set us free, To cultivate our destiny.

  29. @faliciameloche9020 on November 7, 2024 at 10:18 pm

  41. @memesquad9608 on November 7, 2024 at 10:42 pm

gotta love the "news" lmao literal clowns can’t use google. It’s not even legally defined as cannabis anymore as per the 2018 farm bill. Federally speaking it is equal to growing strawberries.

  42. @TheYellowTuxedo on November 7, 2024 at 10:43 pm

Mines locked up in a greenhouse in my yard behind a fence. And or on my porch

  43. @jakes197 on November 7, 2024 at 10:43 pm

    ohio is still trash cuh

  44. @Horsecatcher on November 7, 2024 at 10:44 pm

Make a hoop house with black privacy fencing. Make sure you can lock it and your fine. I recommend cyclone fencing around it. This turns your outside grow to an indoor grow.

  45. @CodyBoles-sz2mt on November 7, 2024 at 10:45 pm
