Local cannabis expert launches 'Can Ed' app, an educational tool for marijuana industry
The cannabis education app, dubbed Can Ed, is giving people the chance to get certified to work in a dispensary right from their phones, and with the growing marijuana industry, this just might be what the “green rush” needed.
Jason Sturtsnan, a local cannabis teacher who holds courses at CSN, is one of the creators of the new app.
“They start at entry-level meaning they start as a bud-tender or cashier and now they’ve moved up into higher-paying positions,” said Sturtsnan.
