The dispensaries have the right to sue. Baker can’t just suddenly decide to revoke a law which 54% of the voters approved and was then ultimately ratified. Nevertheless, with other leaders erroneously advising the constituency to inject bleach and wash hands with boiling water, perhaps Baker believes the law is simply opinion.

don’t worry about people from other states you already have tens of thousands of cases in your own state. As a matter of fact, based on the antibody there have been hundreds of thousands of homegrown cases.
