I tend to stay away from REITS. I’m just not a fan of them. Not sure if you did a video on it or not but if you haven’t. Could you do an analysis of Dow Chemicals. Its a dividend stock im looking to add
❓ is did you hold or sell ❓ .They dropped so much since so to get at least 100 shares of each won’t make or break .I’d like to see an updated video if you didn’t make one . Video just came across my YouTube I figure lemme watch …but IVR your low on screen say $1.98 on #RobinHood it say $9.80 is the 52 week low 👀👀
I guess since these stocks are REITs it must mean that the dividend payouts will never go away? I do own some IVR. There were some I had like GEO and CXW that paid high dividends but then got rid of it about a few years ago.
I own over 800 shares in IVR, I also have agnc, and epr propties and over 200 shares in NLY annaly capital. My goal is to get 5000 shares in IVR by the end of the of year
$IVR could have a massive bounce back! I hope you crush it with that one.
