If I was a congressman, I would legalize marijuana and shrooms medicinal. Crack, cocaine, heroin, meth and drugs like those. Would get the maximum penalties. If you get caught with a large amount of these deadly drugs you will get the death penalty.

Delaware could sell recreational marijuana tomorrow. Just do what they did in Jersey and sell it through from the existing medical dispensaries.

What constitutes a " small amount." And who makes that decision?

Look at the way the female says she doesn’t see a reason to leaglize it and listen to how incredibly slow she sounds. Like she doesn’t even know how to think she’s so slow.

Legalize cannabis federally within each and every state. This way, irrational prohibitionist politicians can’t obstruct and prevent legalization against the will of the vast majority of Americans whom support full federal cannabis legalization nationwide. Treat cannabis exactly like we treat far more dangerous and deadly yet perfectly legal alcohol. Legal in all states.
