  2. @anthonyraistrick4728 on December 30, 2024 at 2:37 am

The whole thing should be made legal. It’s only illegal because the big pharma can’t push it on humans for profit.
There’s a saying I stick by- If it’s not from the earth- don’t put it in your body!!

  3. @dspencer8827 on December 30, 2024 at 2:37 am

Yes it should . This country is so out of touch

  4. @Charlotte66666 on December 30, 2024 at 2:38 am

Legalise it, at least for medical use.

  5. @RadagonTheRed on December 30, 2024 at 2:40 am

The joke of this whole situation is that laws have never had any negative impact on people’s use of drugs. Throughout history, the evidence is clear that prohibition causes an increase in criminal enterprise and organised crime but no decrease in drug use.

The law is irrelevant. People will always want to enjoy psychoactive substances. Weed, alcohol, cocaine, opioids; it doesn’t matter. People enjoy being high and happy. The only future where people aren’t breaking the law to get high is a future where drug legalisation happens.

  6. @hoobsgroove on December 30, 2024 at 2:40 am

You can get cannabis legally now for the last 6 years if you registered for medical use, and that can have a THC of 30 %+ it is needed for some medical conditions.

  7. @OldPoi77 on December 30, 2024 at 2:40 am

CBD on its own is useless.

  8. @GnosticElohim on December 30, 2024 at 2:42 am

The laws are illegal not the plants and the only criminals are the ones making an enforcing the laws not the ones selling and distributing life-saving medicine.

I had a CBD shop in Dorset. I used to sell the flower. The old bill would never leave me alone. They followed me everywhere. They even sent undercover in the gym to try and befriend me. Asking me questions while i was trying to workout. I was bombarded with non stop phone calls, messages on social media asking me if i sold the real thing instead of CBD flower.
It got that bad i started filming them, everytime they sent an undercover in my shop.
They would claim that they had cancer or their child had tourettes to try and catch my out. I was 100% legit and only ever sold cbd. In the end i went down the police station with a solicitor to get them to back off.
What really sucked was that there are 3 nearby shops to me. Owned by turks or kurdish people selling just about everything you want under the counter. To this day the police have left them alone.
There is now an obvious 2 tier justice system in this country. I will never forgive the pigs for the way they acted.

Just legalize it like we did in Canada in October 2018 for goodness sakes.

Law? Magna Carta says weed ok

  12. @SquawkingSnail on December 30, 2024 at 2:52 am

I want to know why hemp farming is still not legal in the uk. All this focus on drug consumption irritates me. Hemp is the most useful plant on the planet and essential for our future sustainability and cannot get people high. Why is its growth still being prohibited?

  13. @originalscbduk on December 30, 2024 at 2:52 am

FairPlay to George for putting himself out there! This is what we need in our industry more people standing up for this plant, CBD flower is the most natural form to consume CBD in. To get all these CBD products we need to grow the Hemp plant but our government in UK doesn’t want to acknowledge this so our farmers are left to destroy the most valuable part off there crop!

  14. @Cainb420 on December 30, 2024 at 2:53 am

over 5 years of medical use being legalized and there has not been 1 law amendment or change, the full thing need urgently looked at or just legalize the whole thing

  15. @MammaCass on December 30, 2024 at 2:56 am

As a rheumatoid arthritis patient and multiple other diseases I say we need thc to be legalised and prescribed too. I’m tired of being in pain and the only relief I get is through cannabis. I am on three different opiates at the highest rate and none of that or the other meds makes as much difference as cannabis. Cbd does not make much difference to my pain at all. Please England sort it out. It’s proven enough now and as a country it could mean massive business and taxes. Our country could be great again ❤

  16. @sdwone on December 30, 2024 at 3:02 am

Just legalise the damn thing and be done with it! Other countries have taken that step so, it’s just a matter of time anyway!

  17. @FUCKgmp on December 30, 2024 at 3:07 am

Countries with Death penalties for Drugs ! Allow cannabis 😂
I’ve had 20+ convictions for carrying small amounts of cannabis.
But I’ve never seen a prison sentence 🤯
So if cannabis was that bad and could send you to prison .
I’m telling everyone it’s bollocks and I’m going to be growing my own soon👍🏻

  18. @DjWellDressedMan on December 30, 2024 at 3:07 am

CANADA = Legal Cannabis since 2018

  19. @bradleytobylee4945 on December 30, 2024 at 3:11 am

George is also a drug dealer 😂😂😂 I’m not even joking

  20. @LudiCrust. on December 30, 2024 at 3:12 am

CBD has helped my dad with his spinal injury more than any medicine he’s taken. By far. Plus it’s far less damaging to his body & has substantially less side effects. There is zero excuse to keep cbd illegal or to prevent it from being accessed by people. Btw my dad has always been very anti drug & my brother died from drug overdose in 2003 so he wouldn’t touch anything that made him high.

  21. @shu1981noah on December 30, 2024 at 3:13 am

It’s a mess. Nobody knows if CBN and THCA products are legal. You can buy CBN from websites. It’s a grey area. It’s somehow both legal and illegal, depending on what law you look at and how you interpret it. Some CBD companies say CBN is legal and sell it, others say it isn’t. THCA is probably legal but storage is tricky as when it’s heated, it turns into THC

  22. @rebeccamondloch4265 on December 30, 2024 at 3:15 am

The uk is the biggest exporter of canibus so if it’s legal for them to sell it it’s legal for us to sell it

  23. @G.Man- on December 30, 2024 at 3:16 am

The damn UK government 🤡 has been the largest worldwide exporter of high THC cannabis for years… Plus, you can now be (reluctantly) prescribed high THC cannabis on the NHS for certain conditions (at extortionate rates)… Whilst they tried to prosecute someone for importing CBD hemp flower from Europe… 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

  24. @DarrelEaves on December 30, 2024 at 3:16 am

    Where is goerge shop lol

  25. @JaSon-wc4pn on December 30, 2024 at 3:16 am

    Cbd is useless

    Only THC works.

Cbd is just aromatic novelty Tea leaf souvenir
    From industrial hemp

  26. @KrisDoesMovies_ on December 30, 2024 at 3:17 am

    Legalise cannabis already

  27. @shu1981noah on December 30, 2024 at 3:19 am

Treat it like alcohol. Tax the sale of it in shops. Regulate commercial production of it. Allow people to grow it at home, just as people can brew their own beer and wine

  28. @sharkeyes on December 30, 2024 at 3:19 am

I’ve smoked weed every day, heavily, for nearly 20 years, i 100% guarantee you couldn’t do that with any other drug, that’s your answer

How is cannabis cbt even illegal they put it on the NHS more people will purchase via prescription reducing the drug dealers selling it then lowering prison cells due to it been put on nhs everyone wins

  32. @jordanlepage3322 on December 30, 2024 at 3:22 am

I have a private prescription for medical cannabis here in the UK, which has very little to no CBD and low to high amounts of THC.

Equally, you can get just CBD flower, too, or high amounts of CBD with very little to no THC.

Ideally, it would be legalised, but even decriminalisation and regulation would be the logical thing to do.

It would create change in many ways and for many areas such as finance, tax, business, and of course medicine and health. I’d absolutely love to be in a position financially to create and open a dry herb vape lounge (there are these here in the UK already) where medical patients can come and consume their medication but people who aren’t can come to get help and guidance and information.

All the "Dying towns" would benefit from this.

But of course, who am I to even have an opinion, let alone voice it when the government knows best?………

  33. @CowboyCam1111 on December 30, 2024 at 3:23 am

I don’t care if it’s legal or illegal im still gonna consume it.

The issue is the private clinics are making BANK at the moment.. Just legalize it, the people who are going to use it do not care if its legal or not they will still do it so might aswell make tax money from it, rather than let a criminals profit.
