  4. @laurie6332 on January 3, 2025 at 2:23 am

That’s 3 different drinks right? You start by saying "just drink one cup of this every single day", which infers one drink. But listening you are actually offering 3 different drinks, choose one. Am I correct?

Hi doctor! Thank you for the great work you do 🤗
Can you tell me is coffee’s good for the liver? How to reduce inflammation from the body fast, I’m having issues with joints at a young age, so is there something more potent to filter our system?

  10. @DragotinGustincic-ABO on January 3, 2025 at 2:36 am

What does it mean to increase the sensitivity of insulin, if you can please elaborate? (I am trying to help someone with poor production of insulin in the body when needed, #tetraplegic)

  13. @mariajaramillo1135 on January 3, 2025 at 2:38 am

  28. @Erika-gm2tf on January 3, 2025 at 2:59 am

One teaspoon of ACV or 6 tablespoons if ACV? You say many different things at different times about ACV.

  29. @lynnbelcher2035 on January 3, 2025 at 2:59 am

Doesn’t ACV brittle your bones??? It’s what I have been told by Dumb Dr’s

  35. @sunildha4210 on January 3, 2025 at 3:05 am

Would green tea with only lemon juice be enough for fatty liver? The tea tastes great with lemon juice, but I guess the vinegar will make the green tea less palatable.

  36. @Cinnamontwist74 on January 3, 2025 at 3:07 am

My green tea is not green but brown. what is the brand of this tea?

  37. @alexw8520 on January 3, 2025 at 3:08 am

Does anyone read/follow Barbara O’Neil please, as I’m sure I saw one of her videos on why she doesn’t recommend drinking/consuming apple cider vinegar 🙈 TIA x

  38. @alejandrapimentel9018 on January 3, 2025 at 3:08 am

    🎉🎉🎉

  39. @rubygray7749 on January 3, 2025 at 3:09 am

    Well this is bad advice!

The ONLY thing that stimulates the liver to excrete bile, is fat in some form.

Green tea, lemon juice and vinegar will not produce any reaction from the liver.

Bile is excreted purely to dissolve and metabolise fats.

Of course all your 3 ingredients are valuable in certain ways, but the liver does not recognise them.

  40. @mrsshelton226 on January 3, 2025 at 3:10 am

Can I put two tea bags in my cup? Green tea and Earl Grey tea? Will I get the same benefits?

I’d be worried about the caffeine in green tea setting off my reflux. But I’ll buy some.

  47. @teetee365 on January 3, 2025 at 3:16 am

Green tea makes my skin itch. I will try again. Maybe it was the brand.
