a lot was said here but one point I want to highlight is that if all dispensaries are binded to carry the same products, it is essentially a quasi-monopoly whereby the regulations prevent free market competition and differentiation between dispensaries, essentially making them no more than a massive government franchise with brand-names meaning absolutely nothing beyond the staff working there.
