This look similar to what we have in Poland and translate it to pancakes (but we use the "pancakes" for pancakes everybody knows). They are light, think and filled with white cheese, jelly (jam), nutella, strawberries. Personally I like them with banana spreaded in line and chocolate cream
Make the batter the night before to allow the air bubbles out and it will have a smoother texture. It will get thinner and have the same strength as a thicker one.
