It also tastes way better like this. It melts in your mouth. I remember, when I was a kid I forgot my chocolate bar (still completely wrapped tighly) on the window sill on a hot summer day, it was completely liquid when I found it. I then put it in the freezer because I was impatient. When I took it out, it was the best chocolate I had ever tasted. I now do this ‘trick’ with just laying it on the heater and them on the freezer it goes. I think it still tastes so much more deluxe that way 😂❤

Thank you for the wonderful memories of my Fathers small Chocolate Manufacturing Company and Hand Dipped Chocolate Front Store. As a child I was fortunate to be able to watch and participate in him Tempering Chocolate on a huge Marble Slab. Also was able to help him create seven layer striped Truffles, Cordial Cherries and other incredible Chocolate Novelties for Easter and Christmas.
The real chocolate is in Mexico or Guatemala(antigua) and you know that my chef…. The real chocolate is in your original land… there in USA is pure fat mixed with “chocolate”…
