I came here for advice not to listen to you. Talk for 20 minutes before getting to the point.
Im 18 and am really interested in the growing process of cannabis and do grow. Its my hobby that makes me happy with my medicine being the reward. So why not make it a business, ik alot ab growing and can grow some fire bud. No cutting corners like other companies. I wanna just supply people with good cannabis while being able to live comfortably.

This video is old, but Im looking to start a legal thca farm. I have 4000 sq ft indoor, and 5 acres outdoor. Im in south carolina, I know how to grow normally, but I have NO idea how to deal with thca and starting a farm within the legal guidelines. Ive reached out to local growers that are already up and going and none will respond. Do you happen to have any resources or know anyone willing to help me get off the ground? I have a clemson AG guy, and a seed geneticist.. I just need a step by step and know if I need permits etc.

So I have sister in law who could be master grower shes done it all. I would like to make my money make more money. Here tier 1 gets you 30 mature plants 500sq ft. I like to go down the rabbit hole and I found 1600sq ft industrial location rents 1200 month. My question is 1) Can you just grow and sell it to another dispensary or company? Like if it could just be growing and harvesting or do you need store front. 2) When you start looking at locations do you need to tell them what you plan to use the space for? Looking for the safest method of starting up so you dont lose your shirt and getting ducks in order. License, location, set up, grow plan, time, etc. Really no money until you get your first batch to harvest.

If you work in HR at any job youre almost worthless.
If youre a budtender, especially on the east coast youre selling trash weed.
If youre a trimmer, again, especially on the east coast youre a nobody cog used for production and its all machine trimmed anyway.
Weed is a corporate greed machine, if you want to work for the man get a job in weed and itll be just like every other corporate job. Have fun.

The bitch work for entry level growing positions is actually why I want to get into the weed industry. I would be caring for the plants as if they’re my babies. It wouldn’t be more so about the money for me at that point; it would be more about doing it for the bud and my love of bud. The cleaning up part comes with taking care of babies.

I love this, and started watching dope as Yola for since 2018 and loves seeing home make the strides as a company and a person. And now I’m going so start school hopefully next year in the fall for cultivation and horticulture, and finding an entry level job as a bud trimmer. I can’t wait and start being a part of a community that’s growing.
