The more I learn about American laws, the least I want to visit the US

Great video! I’m looking into purchasing a license to grow. The social equality thing is a wonderful idea. I’ve read there might/will be exemptions on certain application fees. Va reps seem like they are being methodical about that which could benefit the smaller businesses. I’m sure everyone is over the political dog and pony show. Can we normalize calling it Cannabis? Thanks for the updates I’ll be looking forward to the next vids. 💫💫💫

Jury Nullification, anyone arrested should be let go

    Horrible.

  6. @jjthejet69 on February 26, 2025 at 5:56 am

Ok… so I can grow 4 personal plants for personal consumption … as long as they are tagged right now .. so what about a grow tent hidden from public site? I guess what I am asking is if I grew 4 plants in a indoor grow tent out of public view would that be ok ..or is it still illegal >?

  7. @brandonbullins on February 26, 2025 at 5:57 am

Hemp farms dont have to hide it from public view. Bloomingdale road they have it out in the open

  8. @tiastapleton2252 on February 26, 2025 at 5:57 am

You can have up to four plants outside I already ask the sheriff in my town laughing my ass off

  9. @systemmax2000 on February 26, 2025 at 5:58 am

3:50 So if the "Good Ole Boys Club" already has that racket going, they can do the classic "dry county" scheme.

Thank you very much for your research on this subject, I thought it was too good to be true … lol

All systems exists to give control over to the ones who built it…and if that system is consisting of human beings…you’re f*cked!

  12. @SiriusMined on February 26, 2025 at 6:01 am

You don’t need an ID to vote, because you needed an ID to register, and you had to leave your signature.

I’ve liked your videos about cops, because they haven’t been political. Sad that this one did.

If you wanted us to know you are a Republican, you should have just said it directly…

  13. @shadyj5800 on February 26, 2025 at 6:02 am

This was great.. next time let’s do this without the bias. Thanks.

  14. @stevedouglas5443 on February 26, 2025 at 6:03 am

Sounds like Virginia wants to trick people into using, and possessing pot, then get fucked by the police.

  15. @YQLbeast on February 26, 2025 at 6:06 am

As someone who has grown marijuana in non-legal states (just a couple plants, don’t call the DEA) for the last 10 years, my advise is (legal or not) if you’re growing outside, build a fence to protect your plants from the public eye anyway.

  16. @brandonbullins on February 26, 2025 at 6:06 am

I have 7 marijuana convictions… so I’ll be the top marijuana seller in Va

Damn that was close!! I almost subscribed to this channel until I heard this guy throw out Fox news talking points. No thank you.

  18. @tularem on February 26, 2025 at 6:13 am

I worry about this being a way to go after gun owners who think that since they legally own and possess a firearm, and since marijuana is legal (possibly, eventually), that possessing both is legal.
    Nope. There goes your 2A.

  19. @SlackerCast on February 26, 2025 at 6:13 am

    This video needs updated…

  20. @user-Ghost404 on February 26, 2025 at 6:13 am

Buy from a dispo once save the container then continue buying from your regular people lol. 90% good idea they ain’t gonna spend the money to test everyone’s weed to make sure it came from the dispo. They’ll look at the container then be like okay on your way.

  21. @Ticokilla1 on February 26, 2025 at 6:14 am

With all these new taxes it’s just going to hurt minorities in low income areas because only white hipsters will be able to afford it

  22. @robotickidx on February 26, 2025 at 6:14 am

Well I guess they are fixing this.. hopefully by July 1st

  23. @ProfessionalDad on February 26, 2025 at 6:14 am

We need an update for July 2021

  24. @pepperdude1941 on February 26, 2025 at 6:19 am

    Got an update?

  25. @chrissyj1090 on February 26, 2025 at 6:20 am

Thank you good sir. Thoughts on cannabis stock?? 😏

  26. @traviscantrell9361 on February 26, 2025 at 6:20 am

They just altered the bill to legalize by July 1, 2021

  27. @bradleyplays1126 on February 26, 2025 at 6:22 am

Why can’t they just make it like buying alcohol

  28. @brandonbullins on February 26, 2025 at 6:25 am

There is so many odd things about this bill. You can gift it but not sell it or drive with it. So when you gift it to someone they cant take it with them…

  29. @johnfrancis0063 on February 26, 2025 at 6:25 am

Let’s fire up the bong!!! lol

  30. @va.cracker9318 on February 26, 2025 at 6:26 am

Yes a class one controlled substance ridiculous!

  31. @dayshawncrew4431 on February 26, 2025 at 6:27 am

THE TINY TOWN OF EMPORIA, VIRGINIA. WILL TAX THE HELL OUT THE MARIJUANA IF IT EVER BECOMES LEGAL. FROM WHAT I HEARD THEY ARE GROWING LEGAL FIELDS OF MARIJUANA SINCE 2019, AROUND HERE IN GREENSVILLE COUNTY. THROUGH THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE REGULATIONS. I FOUND THIS OUT AT THE 2019 VIRGINIA STATE FAIR. ANDREW, SOUTHERN VIRGINIA, IS STUCK IN THE PAST YEARS OF DOING THINGS DOWN HERE. I DO THINK MARIJUANA WILL BE THE NEW ECONOMY AND THE COMMONWEALTH LAWS TO COME WILL BE SO STRICK THAT POSSESSING A MARIJUANA SEED WILL BE A FELONY !!!!!

  32. @coolbreeze8572 on February 26, 2025 at 6:27 am

There going bank and we the consumer will always pay the price and they will always make the profits

  34. @michaelrose5432 on February 26, 2025 at 6:27 am

The political delay and revote is messed up. All the rest of it is pretty standard for cannabis laws throughout the country.

  35. @stuffbinaboxdos on February 26, 2025 at 6:30 am

In AZ we legalized it even for recreational use. The cops were still on that Reefer Madness mindset for over a year but finally they got over caring about people smoking on their porch. Lol They also had to retire & replace all their police dogs bc they couldn’t trust them not to hit when they smelled weed!😂😂😂

  36. @naturalremedy8092 on February 26, 2025 at 6:30 am

Don’t over think it dude! It’s already decriminalized!!!

  37. @brandonbullins on February 26, 2025 at 6:35 am

They say you can have up to 4 plants but just one of my outdoor plants can produce 7-10 lbs of finished buds. This is a conundrum

  38. @ant8071 on February 26, 2025 at 6:36 am

    update video ?

  39. @sbl17jackson37 on February 26, 2025 at 6:36 am

The Democrats in Virginia are crooks like the Republicans. This marijuana legalization bill was a scam from the start.

  40. @52baldingindianjanitor72 on February 26, 2025 at 6:38 am

Question: If it is legal (which now it looks like it will be in July 1, 2021), is it legal to purchase? I understand official licensed dispensaries won’t be legal until 2024, but is the act of buying marijuana distinct from possessing marijuana? In other words, if a cop caught me buying weed from a dealer, would I get arrested? Feel like this might be a stupid question, but want to check.

  41. @carlsjr7362 on February 26, 2025 at 6:41 am

Update July the 1st 2020 buddy boi.

  42. @weserphillip on February 26, 2025 at 6:42 am
