  2. @donnellray119 on March 2, 2025 at 6:01 am

Vote these old people out now.

  3. @Greg-p3p3k on March 2, 2025 at 6:02 am

Money has always been the point 😂

  4. @hammyhamhamster5993 on March 2, 2025 at 6:02 am

Legalize cannabis federally now. What’s legal to possess and consume in over half of the populated areas of The United States should not make you a criminal in states still being governed by woefully ignorant prohibitionist politicians. Cannabis consumers in all states deserve and demand equal rights and protections under our laws that are currently afforded to the drinkers of far more dangerous and deadly, yet perfectly legal, widely accepted, endlessly advertised and even glorified as an All-American pastime, alcohol. Plain and simple! Legalize Nationwide Federally Now!

  5. @alonzawhitley1126 on March 2, 2025 at 6:03 am

How can someone walk around with 4ozs in other states and smoke weed on street and NC still stuck in the 1900s such a old fashion state

  6. @thevisual777 on March 2, 2025 at 6:04 am

Hahah you don’t have my vote guy, I cannot believe people really voted for him… insane

  7. @bobbylaw3928 on March 2, 2025 at 6:04 am

Just cut the bullshit and go rec. Make your people happier and make your state some money.

  8. @nonstoprollie2810 on March 2, 2025 at 6:07 am

About time we change this country and get these 60-100 year olds out of power to stop making decisions for the American people. It’s very clear they don’t listen to what the people say and want it lts all about their agenda to make them more profit and that’s all they care about. Get these people who can’t comprehend basic change out of power. Are we going to be in the year 4000 continuing to live the way we did in 2000? All because of what? Fear of change? Fear of education? Seriously this is what we’re up against

  9. @KP-ne1cg on March 2, 2025 at 6:07 am

Only reason a politician is against cannabis especially medical is that they are owned and controlled by the pharmaceutical companies.

  10. @KP-ne1cg on March 2, 2025 at 6:08 am

Outrageous that we have people making laws on a subject that affects millions and they have absolutely no personal experience or knowledge of it.

  11. @hammyhamhamster5993 on March 2, 2025 at 6:09 am

Cannabis should be absolutely just as legal and easy to obtain anywhere as alcohol currently is. In every single state. No exceptions. It’s so easy: As legal and easy to obtain/use as alcohol currently is. Why hold relatively benign, often healing cannabis to any sort of irrational, stricter double standard than perfectly legal alcohol?

  12. @hpensive on March 2, 2025 at 6:13 am

We’re gonna have the state that fucks it up and hands it to big pharma to distribute.
Any version of a bureaucratic ploy to ‘legalize’ cannabis has to first come with the ability to get it covered with insurance. Otherwise it will be on a list of holistic practices like massage therapy that of course help tremendously but aren’t respected by the medical science cartels.

  13. @hammyhamhamster5993 on March 2, 2025 at 6:14 am

Prohibition and Reefer Madness are only pushed and believed by a very small, lunatic-fringe minority of irrational mental midgets on a never ending little personal moral-crusade and witch-hunt against relatively benign cannabis and it’s consumers. The rest of us sane, rational, normal Americans just laugh our butts off at and mock utterly desperate lying prohibitionists and their rediculious Reefer-Madness-Rhetoric as the comedy show they truly are!…

  14. @czarbarrera7226 on March 2, 2025 at 6:16 am

    Legalize thc

  15. @gigilarson2151 on March 2, 2025 at 6:17 am

People with fatty liver need it. Plus it detoxing the body of inflammation in the body. Big help for arthritis and ADD. Need Sleep. So much more it help. If God did not grow it dont take.

  16. @rob5598 on March 2, 2025 at 6:19 am

Gonna vote you old, sh*thead senators out of office✌

  17. @donnellray119 on March 2, 2025 at 6:20 am

Vote these old people out now. They just want the police to be able to say "i smell Marijuana and i have the right to search." Even if they don’t

  18. @calebgreer7266 on March 2, 2025 at 6:21 am

I live in NC and its so ridiculous

  19. @beast_e55_amg on March 2, 2025 at 6:21 am

I don’t understand why they can’t treat it like alcohol. Make it available to people over 21 whether medically or recreationally… don’t operate a vehicle under the influence and don’t use it while at work. Be an adult, be responsible. It’s our right. In God We Trust

  20. @Birdmanorange on March 2, 2025 at 6:29 am

How stupid can republicans be? It’s not fda approved because it’s schedule 1. Meaning you can’t legally test it. But they won’t lift restrictions to test it….

  21. @NoName-fe5vq on March 2, 2025 at 6:30 am

We need to get that senator outta of office asap

  22. @Sir_Wellington on March 2, 2025 at 6:31 am

I’m guessing burgin has no issue with people throwing down liver killing, fight inducing, car crash causing etoh like it’s going out of style.

  23. @rickbailey7606 on March 2, 2025 at 6:35 am

We have some real idiots in the NC House. This needs to be passed this year. Really out of touch legislators. 80% of NC wants this!!!

  24. @TheDesertoasis on March 2, 2025 at 6:36 am

If Texas can pass medical marijuana than NC needs to pull its head out of it’s ass.

  25. @alonzawhitley1126 on March 2, 2025 at 6:36 am

But u have no problem with alcohol, you’re something else

  26. @momof6boys336 on March 2, 2025 at 6:37 am

They need to just legalize it and let it be

  27. @alonzawhitley1126 on March 2, 2025 at 6:42 am

Dumb state, everyone else on east coast is onboard

  28. @nonstoprollie2810 on March 2, 2025 at 6:42 am

Get these old heads out of office that can’t comprehend the change that comes with the world and that times have changed. This 1937 prohibitionist wannabe mindset that are obsessed with telling people what to do is SERIOUSLY outdated and it can’t be more sad to see 60+ year olds all cry and whine about how they don’t like the way it smells and don’t accept it so therefore the world must adhere to your beliefs and what you want?? despite facts and what the actual masses want I mean seriously it’s about time to show this country who really runs things and it’s the American people!!!!! NOT congress NOT politicians and certainly NOT government.

  29. @Thesalviashop on March 2, 2025 at 6:44 am

My mom died of cancer waiting for this to pass. If we’re allowing people to drink alcohol. There’s absolutely no reason why cannabis should be illegal. Especially when it comes to serious medical conditions.

  30. @kennymartin379 on March 2, 2025 at 6:48 am

I wish they had not did that

  31. @BotanaManTVOfficial on March 2, 2025 at 6:48 am

    He said suppositories 😂

  32. @KP-ne1cg on March 2, 2025 at 6:49 am

They have no problem with you going to your doctor and getting hooked on heroin. Yea no problem there , what a hypocrite.

  33. @lerchfreyley1 on March 2, 2025 at 6:50 am

They might as well with all the thc vaporizors…gummies….come on…get with it. Pot is already here

  34. @14PinkFloyd on March 2, 2025 at 6:51 am

Yet another reason to limit terms of Senate and Congress. Get these old timers who aren’t capable of updating their reasoning. This plant is only illegal due to the fact that they can’t make tons of money from a plant that people could grow on their own. It needs to be legal, just tax it and put that Billion Dollars towards ACTUAL Issues. 🎉

  35. @decafmocha211 on March 2, 2025 at 6:51 am

    Scam

  36. @CarbonHippo on March 2, 2025 at 6:52 am

This whole cannabis issue feels like a game of chess, where both players somehow lose.

  37. @jcheysel1 on March 2, 2025 at 6:53 am

I remember when NC had issues with the lottery…It’s old bible belt folks in power hold back legalization.

  38. @stlukes99 on March 2, 2025 at 6:55 am

“Why would want to make a profit of something that is medicine?”
I bet he doesn’t feel that way with other pharmaceutical companies.
