A Pulaski County judge voided 27 medical marijuana laws that they deemed ‘unconstitutional’ in a ruling on Wednesday.

They actually changed the amendment AFTER early voting had started. What was on the original petition allowed home grow as well as covered a wider variety of medical issues among other things. Midway into early voting they actually overrode what the voters signed the petition for, and turned it into an amendment more palatable to them. I hope that this action against them changing the laws AGAIN after it had passed as reported tonight works, perhaps then we can get going on a lawsuit to make the State honor the original petition that they approved for ballot in the first place.
If they legalize weed in all of usa i can bet money alot of people will switch from drinking to smoking more often.. people would be much safer. 😊

These changes don’t effect me personally. But, not only is it wrong, and illegal, it encourages them to feel justified in overriding the will of the people on anything they please.
So even if this case isn’t personally important , the next one they cheat on, may be of vital interest to us. Hold their feet to the fire, and make them do what they are required by law, to do.
