Social equity program doesn’t make much of a difference because the system set up is inherently anti-small business.

Social equity program gives the illusion of being inclusive to minorities but its not. Most people from low income neighborhoods can’t afford the $30,000 license and start up fees, so what do they do?

They sell it on the street. If they get caught, they can get up to 5 years in jail, $25,000 fine, and a felony. Wow! So progressive!

The only true economic freedom for minorities (or anyone in this industry) is less barrier to entry. There is nothing fair about corporate overlords price gouging customers @ $80 for a G of oil and guarding the market all for them selves while laws are specifically in place to incarcerate anyone who sells without a $60,000 license! ($30,000 for minorities)

This system will end soon thankfully. People are waking up to this scam.
