Marijuana has never killed anyone. Alcohol is terrible and I don’t care about the children. It’s for adults only, get over it. It hurts families when people get arrested for it and the cops are worried about losing a windfall of monies. And from a cop’s own mouth, marijuana isn’t bad it’s the other drugs killing the public.

  6. @randybarber2442 on March 9, 2025 at 6:54 am

It’s truly ignorant to suggest that Marijuana is bad. Alcohol is poisonous to your body.

  7. @Dragonwitmatches on March 9, 2025 at 7:05 am

  8. @glenngamble7577 on March 9, 2025 at 7:07 am

I’m not a single issue voter but full cannabis legalization sits near the top of the list. I will vote for Alsobrooks.

Cops aren’t against legalizing marijuana because of deaths. They’re against it because it’s the only drug they can claim they smelled.

Here is a thought…You can legalize it 100% all you want, but you can still lose your job. Working people smoke weed too, but it is a high risk, with pun intended regardless of legality. Even with non-infused hemp, a spectacular option for people to enjoy a short live euphoric trip without a ridiculous mind altering high, it is non-psychoactive, though with .3% of Delta 9 THC, it can and will show up in your system for drug test because they are just looking for THC period and don’t distinguish between D8, D9, HHC and other THC related cannabinoids. The problem is the THCa in hemp adds on to delta 9 when heated where it can turn that .3% into up to 10%-15% of Delta 9 and even higher depending on the percentage of THCa that is present. Perhaps they need to adjust the 50ng threshold to drug test where the THC in hemp wont trigger a fail. You may have learned something as well. THCa is a natural cannabinoid in buds that is legal, but can technically turn hemp flower into marijuana just from heating it up e.g. smoking it. That is why THCa flower has become popular in the past year. It is like a tootsie roll pop… Its two candies in one. So you can scream legalize it all you want, but like I stated, working people smoke weed too and legalizing it with out regulations to protect livelihoods it setting people up for failure and had been doing it since Colorado first became legal. I mean, for the most part, you have to have income to buy things right? Marijuana and hemp are things to buy. Most people who buy things has a job or a reputable source of, legal income. Many jobs don’t drug test, but as for the ones who do will pay the price for consuming legalized weed when a random drug test or a post accident drug test come to be. That is what needs to be thought of and addressed when passing marijuana bills.

Prohibition and Reefer Madness are only pushed and believed by a very small, lunatic-fringe minority of irrational looney-tune Holier Than Thou types that are on a never ending little personal moral-crusade and witch-hunt against relatively benign cannabis and it’s consumers. The rest of us sane, rational, normal Americans just laugh our butts off at and mock utterly desperate lying prohibitionists and their ridiculous Reefer-Madness-Rhetoric as the comedy show they truly are!

  14. @RBUDD16 on March 9, 2025 at 7:22 am

We, Marylanders, need to STAY Democratic and vote for our present and future by staying a Democratic state. Hogan has congratulated trump for the accomplishment of reversing roe vs. Wade and he’ll vote with the Republicans. He’s stated that he doesn’t believe in abortions. We need a majority in the Senate and House.

  15. @vickalv7097 on March 9, 2025 at 7:22 am

DON’T Legally any drugs at All. No matter where, stop the drugs now.

  16. @michaelporter1532 on March 9, 2025 at 7:23 am

Alcohol do it the same as alcohol

  17. @hammyhamhamster5993 on March 9, 2025 at 7:28 am

If bald dude, Mr. Hogan had toked on a big phat doobie every once in awhile, then perhaps he would have mellowed TF out, chilled and still have a head of lush hair! But Noo! Stressing so so much over desperately trying to prevent cannabis legalization and controlling everyone else caused him to be a baldie loser! Lmao!

  18. @GoodVibes-ie7vx on March 9, 2025 at 7:28 am

    Legalize it! (FEDERALLY GODSPEED)

  19. @hammyhamhamster5993 on March 9, 2025 at 7:29 am

Legalize cannabis federally now. What’s legal to possess and consume in over half of the populated areas of The United States should not make you a criminal in states still being governed by woefully ignorant prohibitionist politicians. Cannabis consumers deserve and demand equal rights and protections under our laws that are currently afforded to the drinkers of far more harmful, dangerous and deadly, yet perfectly legal, widely accepted, endlessly advertised and even glorified as an All American pastime, alcohol. Plain and simple!

  20. @hammyhamhamster5993 on March 9, 2025 at 7:33 am

Cannabis should be absolutely just as legal and easy to obtain anywhere as alcohol currently is. No exceptions. It’s so easy: As legal and easy to obtain/use as alcohol currently is. Why hold relatively benign, often healing cannabis to any sort of irrational, stricter double standard than perfectly legal alcohol?

  21. @baconfork9674 on March 9, 2025 at 7:37 am

He talks about driving related deaths from smoking marijuana, okay but what about all the alcohol related driving deaths then??? Are we going to outlaw alcohol then?
