Virginia’s hemp farmers and CBD shops fear new proposed limits in the General Assembly will decimate the industry. Supporters of the bills, which have won bipartisan approval, argue cracking down on intoxicating products is necessary to protect consumers.

Just like alcohol in the Temperance Movement era a transition occured in society despite its double-failed prohibition: the drinking glass. E.G. before it was OKay to drink directly from a 40 oz bottle, but socialization modified the consumption method & associated ritual – NOT ALCOHOL. The same could be realized with cannabis, except i’d take advantage of Dry Flowers of which the trichome glands are actually collecting their precious cargo on a molecular basis – e.g. read "filtered".
